These Tiffany frames are stylish and very sophisticated. They are expertly designed, craftmanship is first-rate and the price point was unbeatable. I have been purchasing my frames at this website for several years and have only positive experiences to report. The customer service reps are the best... always available to take questions and answer any concerns you may have including updates on delivery status. Have recommended this site to many of my friends and family and they have also had positive experiences with their purchases as well.

I've ordered from other places before. This website has such a vast variety of styles. I love how affordable the designer brands are and the communication. Always getting updated on status orders, shipping orders, and wanting customer feedback.

Other than a slower than expected processing time, the 2-3 day processing is a little more like 5-6 days, still would order again in a heartbeat.

The frames were not suitable for me. After they take the cost of their shipping fee and the $5.00 service fee PLUS the cost the send them back with tracked shipping and required signature, it is not worth buying them unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep them.

I called before placing an order to ensure that the frames I selected were in stock. I was assured that they were available and placed an order online, uploading my prescription. I received e-mails for two weeks that stated that my order is "still processing." It also contained a message that if the frames were out of stock, I would be notified of that issue. I called yesterday to inquire about the delay and I was told thatthe frames are: out of stock" She couldn't explain why I was informed that they were available prior to placing an order as they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. When asking about the daily e-mail, she said that it is an automated system and they don't mean anything. The customer has to call and ask to cancel the order.
Bottom line: They lie and sit on your money until you call and ask for a refund on an order that they were never able to ship.

I ordered a pair of glasses I really really wanted them didn't get a tracking number or nothing then designer opt write me to ask did I receive the glasses knowing nothing was mailed out be careful ordering from this company I should have known that I wasn't getting Fendi glasses for 175. If it wasn't for PayPal I dont think I would have got my money back. I think. The company is a scam

I love my glasses, they are the real deal. It came in a Tiffany box with the Tiffany case, cloth and certificate of authenticity and at a very good price. From now on I will only order my designer glasses from Designer Optics. Delivery was fast and they follow up to make sure you received your package. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love these Kate Spade sunglasses! They were in my optometrist office for $264 and I bought them here, the exact same sunglasses for $80! Excellent customer service! Excellent prices!

Customer service was extremely helpful in identifying a set of frames which had the same lens dimensions as my old, now discontinued frames. New frames came very quickly. Wonderful!

Answer: Actually its not a scam, I took my glasses to a gucci retailer and had them verified.

Answer: Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
Answer: Their Customer Service is absolute garbage...
Answer: I put in an order from Canada back in April 2025. There were some delays in shipping and delivery due to holiday long weekend and availability of the frames I ordered from the store. But I did get my order after a few weeks delay. So they are legitimate. Price I paid for the frames was reasonable even with the dollar exchange rate. I would consider ordering from Designer Optics again.
