This company is a scam of the worst kind! Had a logo design done and they offered to file trademark and copyright for an additional cost.
After receiving payment for the logo and the agreed amount for the trademark and copyright they attempted to charge my credit card (I keep my card locked) an additional $550 for the trademark. They told me the original $275 for trademark was just to do a search, NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! I asked for a refund and was told they would do it for additional $200. I again demanded refund and was told that they would go ahead and file for what I have already paid but he would have to fire two reps and asked if I could live with that. I again demanded refund and was told I would get it, I never did. I disputed charges with credit card.

The salesperson * did not listen to what was stated when my wife and I talked to him. The information that was transferred to the project manager was supposed to include the ability for people to be able to order product off of my website, leave comments, etc. I pretty much just got a website without the functionality of what a real website consists off which is not the fault of the project manager * but the salesperson. If I was told the complete price upfront as I did not know that we had to pay for the content for the website, pay for e-commerce and pay for a testimonial page then the rating would be different. I'll make a suggestion, hire me and I'll get your company straight in regards to salespeople listening, re-iterating and quoting properly. Still have a few issues with the website but hopefully * will get it done without costing me extra as that is the part that is stressing me out as I would like to have a live website that can take orders and allow customers to leave a comment as I was at a very large expo with very serious leads and I needed this done before the expo which I started this back in December and the expo was not until March which gave plenty of time for the website to be done but it is still not where it needs to be. Next time I'll deal with Wix.

Unfortunately my experience with Design Eminent was less that pleasant. At every turn of the logo design project I found myself arguing for them to uphold what the package I'd signed up for included. I had to argue for them to do design revisions on a "Professional Logo Design Package" that included "unlimited reviews." They tried to up charge me every time I spoke to them. Worst of all is they did not deliver when they said they would. Three times the missed deadlines that they set. One was crucial to our project and caused big issues. I had to call and email many times to get them to actually send over the deliverables. This is just a small portion of the issues we had.

I can not recommend them to anyone.

I did give them two stars because the logo we finally ended up with was good looking, but the amount of stress that it caused getting the logo wasn't worth it. I would choose a different company next time.

I recently transferred the hosting of both of my sites to Design Eminent from a well-known hosting company. Aaron took care of all of the migration, and kept me informed along the way. He's been a pleasure to deal with - he's very knowledgeable, prompt at replying and keeps things simple. I'm very happy with the service received so far and would highly recommend Design Eminent, both for new sites and for website owners who are looking to get a new website or trying to revamp their old ones.
