Don't loose your money! I've been working with this company for a year and they have not provided me with a working website. I can't access the admin page to manage my site. I can get my email addresses to work and have complained (nicely) about this numerous times. I've paid them for things they never did. I would NOT use this company. They make all kinds of promises but never come through. I was even promised an app because they were trying to be nice in the beginning to get my money but when I've asked about it over and over again I've got no answer. I've sent one more email on the design thread we communicate on asking them to fix my admin log in so I have control over the site I have paid them for. If they own up and complete what they promise I will revise this review but until then I will continue to work with my CC companies fraud department to get back my money and move on to an honest design company. Peter kim design my business logo... I love all the samples he showed me but unfortunately I cant get them all lol... Jeeze he's so humble and punctual... in 1 day I get to view samples... design eminent reminds me of chickfila dwl... I mean they are very on time and customer service skills are spectacular... I was looking to update my firm's logo so I searched online for companies in this area and Design Eminent kept coming up as the company to do this! I sent them some ideas I have in mind and the they took it from. They were extremely professional and their service was fantastic. Within a couple of days they sent me several samples to look at and I chose one and asked them to modify it for me. Their turn around time was beyond my expectations! I am extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate for a minute to recommend their webdesign, logo or business card service to anyone. Thank you guys!

I've used them in the past and had a decent experience. This time around was horrible. I purchased a logo package online with a 2 hour TAT. I submitted the details along with payment and still no response after a couple of days. I then receive a message from someone asking was I still wanting them to complete the project because they haven't heard from me, so I resubmitted the form again directly. After a couple of days with no response, I reach out for explanation on the delay. I get a call from Joshua explaining I should have called them once I submitted payment and that it wasn't his fault, because I wasn't working him. Then he goes on to say I should have also called for them to honor the 2 hour TAT which they have advertised online with the package. Joshua decided to want to have a debate over the phone with me as if I was in the wrong for being upset they dropped the ball. So, I decide to continue to allow them to provide the designs advising how tight the deadline is and I need the designs asap according to the TAT advertised. I didn't get any design concepts for the next couple of days. Then every revision moving forward took an additional day or two to complete, given I had to constantly message Joshua demanding my designs. Every single conversation was an excuse and he never apologized, nor did he provide any resolution for their poor customer service given how urgent this deadline was and how it jeopardized me losing my client. After about a week, I demanded a refund if he couldn't provide my client's designs within a couple of hours as he promised. Another 24 to 48 hours goes by again. I asked to speak to management on the poor service and Joshua completely ignored my request. I will NEVER hire them again for another client's project. He even had an attitude when I explained my frustration.

When I started working for the company I was so impressed with how fast they worked and the professionalism of the team when they designed my logo. Once the website design started it was absolutely terrible. Not only do they hit you with hidden fees, promise you there are no more fees, then hit you again with more but they STEAL your money and commit fraud. I asked to have the login for the website so that I could help them fix spacing errors instead of trying to explain over the phone or messaging system. I didn't hear back after a week so I asked again and then received a notification from my bank that $350 was taken from my account from them. I immediately talked to Ferris Marven (my account leader) and was told that's what it cost in order for me to get a login. I related that they most definitely did not have my consent to take money from my account. I was told that day (Monday) and the next (Tuesday) that the refund was processed on Monday. Tuesday I talked with Dennis Taylor who is Ferris Marven's boss who again told us the refund was processed Monday. By Friday we talked again with Dennis who related no refund was processed but was assured that the refund would be processed after the phone call. The next Tuesday comes around with still no refund. We talk to Dennis again who assures us the refund was processed on Friday and that he will provide receipt of refund. By Thursday we have continued to not receive money that was stolen from our account. We talk to Dennis who says he will provide receipt. We eventually talk to the CEO of the company Jerry Miller who relates they do not refund money. Remind you this is money they have stolen from my account without authorization. Jerry Miller the CEO says he is doing us a favor to refund our money in a MONTH! I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever received, I've been lied to, I've been stolen from, and even the CEO does not care!

Did a few projects with this company and had ZERO problems. I will be back for sure. I see the bad reviews here and seems to me maybe some bumps in the road that are behind them now. I can't speak about anyone else's experience but my own and I say 5 stars!

My husband needed a logo idea that he came up with himself brought to life and done digitally. We were reluctant to try finding digital designers on the internet, but I am so glad we did. It was so easy to upload our ideas to Josh. He looked at my husbands idea and promised us he could make the new logo look just like my husband's work and stay true to his vision. Let me tell you, we were SOOO pleased with the results! Josh sent not only the one that was just like my husbands idea, but also added a couple where he (Josh) himself had added some extra ideas of his own. We LOVED Josh's vision of a new design that added something to the our logo that we didn't even think of. We went with it and are so happy! My husband is very picky, and he loved what Josh came up with. Josh was so easy to get in contact with, was so faithful in sending me messages and emails keeping me informed of what we needed for each step of the process and such a sweet person to do business with. In no time, we had all of our digital files downloaded with our brand new logos and we are ready to use them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Timing was fast, designers were excellent (they gave me many great choices that I could have chosen). I was the slow party and THEY stayed on top of me. I recommend them for work and will continue to use them as I grow my company for all design needs. Thank you again gentlemen!

Horrible experience and complete waste of money. Asked Design Eminent to put together a pretty simple Wordpress based blog site for me. Took forever to come up with a design I liked and then had to ask for the same revisions repeatedly. Sometimes I had to wonder if they were even looking at the results of their work before sending me the next release, because some of them were just awful.

Part of the package they sold me was supposed to include a year of hosting. However, after everything was completed and I signed off on the final design, I received a message offering to sell me hosting services. They told me the included 1 yr was shared hosting which would not allow me to point my already registered domain name to the site. When I refused to pay that they provided me with what was supposed to be the deployment files for my site.

I took it to three different hosting vendors, paid professional services fees for migration services, only to find out that what they had provided was not deploy-able. They used and customized a theme that they did not provide, the final product included ad frames which I specifically said I did not want, and what were supposed to be my twitter feed embedded and links to my social media profiles, instead went to theirs. After spending nearly $1000, I feel like I've come away with next to nothing and am now starting from scratch building my site myself.

My advice go to a reputable company, Design Eminent is not it.
