Hi Everybody Beware, please don't work with this company. Please read the reviews in Better Business Bureau Canada - there is a Red Alert (https://www.bbb.org/us/nj/newark/profile/mobile-apps/design-eminent-*******0954/complaints).
My hard earned money is sucked by these people. They are fraudulent people and it's a very big scam and racket. They will talk very sweet and promise astonishing website and other features. They will take your credit card details and charge your card right away. Next thing someone name - Ferris (developer) will call to pay more for trade mark your logo design or otherwise someone will sue you or steal your logo design. The promise is never delivered and money is never refunded as promised 100% money back guarantee, if not satisfied. After 35 days of repeated requests they provided a crappy website with defective plugins. They never provided with any confirmation email of trademark logo & told me it will take few months. I am also deceived by them and today lodging complain with State New Jersey Consumer Affairs & other sources and will get them nailed. Also I am in process of registering complain with credit card visa company how they authorize scamsters to use the visa transactions.

As a 57 year old physician with no children to assist me, clearly my E-commerce understanding in regards to Website design was nil.
Sadly, I was way behind the curve even though my practice was state of the art regarding day to day patient care.
If only I had a teenager at home, then my needs may of been different!

NOW AS ASHER MARTIN THE SALES GUY TOLD YOU SOMETHING ANS ALLY SHAW WILL TELL YOU COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROJECT. YOU'LL FEEL THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR WHEN YOU WERE PROMISED BY ASHER MARTIN REGARDING REFUND THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU REFUND EVEN AFTER YOUR WEBSITE IS READY THEN THEY WILL SAY YOUU SHOULD HAVE GONE THROUGH OUR POLICY'S AT THE END YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT SPENT A SINGLE PENNY HERE AND ASK YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE

Honestly, very rarely I write a review with my opinion or experience but now I have the intention to help people who want to be successful in the online business, first you need to know what you want, second how do you want it to look your project and what effect you want to achieve in the market, and thirdly save time and money and hire Design Eminent. After searching and dealing with different designers and developers without success, I finally found Design Eminent and they put color, flavor and efficiency to my project, we are working together for more than 3 years in various designs such as logos, labels, web pages and we are currently optimizing our main website, implementing new strategies to make more attractive our products to the market and increase conversion. If you need a team working with you from A to Z, Design Eminent is the company. Thanks to all the team for the support, especially Mark and Allen.

The website they were supposed to have made live more then 1 month ago is still not live and ano end in sight. The have the money but no or only very incompetent team to get things done. They are SUPER SLOW and very bad in executing even just rflecting super detailed feedback they cannot. TERRIBLE Do not fall for their seeling team, that's the only thing they can do and even when realising and offering them to withdraw the project from them as do not seem competent they rejected to give the money back, despite 100% money back guarantee. I will start involving my lawyer that seem to be the only way to deal with them unfortunately.

The initial service was a little bumpy until I was given a new Project Manager, Daniel McKay. He and his team, Rachel and Danny, works very hard to ensure that you get what you requested. Daniel will work with you to understand what your needs are and then thoroughly communicates status updates on your project in a timely manner. Daniel has been very professional and the quality of he and his team's work is very good. While my project is not completed yet, I am convinced that he will not disappoint. I would strongly recommend him to oversee any project and complete it to your satisfaction.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an online company. Charged me $700 to build a website and then wanted more money to finish it! Wouldn't give me rights to the site without agreeing to pay more money, then they fraudulently charged my credit card! Be sure to look on the Better Business Bureau... this company has an F rating with a ton of complaints! Claim they exist in the United States... very doubtful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

I have purchased a logo design service in $45 and they design a wonderful logo I really appreciate them.
Good communication skills and HARD working guys.
HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
