I had a hard getting back in to the Quiz after the 12 min break I would have rather taken the quiz then had the break some time I had to log off and start over with DL # and password to get to quiz ( the course was good)
If you have to take a defensive driving course either for insurance or court pourposes take this class. Super simple and straight forward but also is informative. Also if you have any questions regarding your certs the customer service line was very helpful and even saved me from needlessly purchasing a driving record.
They are trying to make money left and right! They use false advertising! They advertise the cost is $25 but they will take your money for more than $35! Plus if you want to Download your Certificate it's another $25. They do not spell out all their fee upfront. Also they cannot verify your License Plate if it's 4 months old, they considered it new and unable to verify and require you to print a Statement of Assurance to be notarized. Seems like a lot of work and money when it should be a simple process. This is my second day and I m canceling, I thought I saw in their website a 7 day cancellation and get refunded but I can't find it now and I made a call to *******000 24/7 customer service WRONG! False advertising! You will get a recorded message that they only operate from 6am-12 midnight. DON'T order your Driving Record from this thief! Look at their Advertising again "$25 is the standard cost fircall defensive driving course and we don't A Cent More! They do charge a lot more! Liar! Company that cheat is the most disgusting!
I took my driving lessons here and eventually got my license. Easy lessons with great people who truly want the best for you. Highly recommended!
I was a confused individual questioning where my certificate would be. THE CALLER RAISED HER VOICE AT ME AND DIDN'T GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS
"CLICK ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND MY CERTIFICATE"
GEE THANKS! YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I HAD TO HOOVER OVER THE BAR FOR THE "MY CERTIFICATE" OPTION TO REVEAL ITSELF. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I'D BE THE ONE GETTING YELLED AT.
I understand defensive driving course material is not exciting stuff. The course is cheesy. However it's better than some super boring person speaking in manatone lecturing you about your driving. The videos make good use of geust speakers and real story's to break up the video into segments to keep the viewer focused. I would say just update some of the content.

The course itself is pretty easy and convenient but it was misleading because they advertise optional instant download but they don't tell you the option is going to cost you $25 until after you are done with the course. The course was $35 and the certificate download is an additional $25 for a total of $55. If I would have known that to download a certificate and print it would have cost me $25, I would have gone to a class where it only costs $25 and you get your certificate right there and then at no additional cost. I don't recommend this course, save $35 (course was $10 more than going to an actual class plus the $25 for the certificate download) and go to a class instead.
It's a great course. Very thoughtful and entertaining while at the same very engaging and educational.
I have had many experiences described in this course. All drivers should take it to drive more safely and improve outcomes when you experience the inevitable events discussed in the course.
The program is easy to follow with breaks built into the program. You can work at your own pace. The program has videos to watch and quizes to check your progress.
