They want me to notarize some sort of form before they give me my certificate. Considering covid19 and the fact that it was not mentioned anywhere on the website when I signed up, I find it absolutely ridiculous. Their service is rude and hung up on me.

This company falsely advertises a $25 dollar course but in reality they try to swindle you out of more. To get your certificate they present two main checkout options which are both an extra $25. Oh but the tiny hidden check box underneath those two options is actually free. Then once you realize you've been swindled and you go to customer service after checking every part of the website to find details about hidden fees only for them to be disrespectful and keep going with scummy ways and say that everything is provided on the website when it's CLEARLY NOT! If I could I'd reverse the charges, null the certificate and take the 6 hour course on another website to avoid giving this company my money.

These videos hold so much information about being a defensive driver. The only issue I had was the video stopped after every 2 minutes of playing until I had to refresh the page Everytime it took double the time to finish the course
This course is also good for auto insurance discount! There were a few glitches! I had to reload the videos several times! The last video is dated, but effective!
After doing the boring 6 hours outdated course (well there is so much fun you can add to a defensive driving course), you will do your tests and after you pass guess what? YOU HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA $25 TO DOWNLOAD OR PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATION! No kidding, and they wont even mention that until you are done with the course meaning you will have to commit yes or yes because you don't want your 6 hours to be wasted. This is intentional dishonest behavior that should be called as it is, a SCAM! I can't believe so many people rate this good knowing this, meaning most of the reviews are a scam. God I hate dishonest practices like this one!
Constantly bugging me about ordering a driving record at a much higher cost than the state court cost, charging $10 more than the state's set rate and charging a $10 fee for a simple download on top of that is absolutely ridiculous. On to of that, a two week delivery time for free delivery of a certificate is ludicrous. I won't be using your service again or recommending it.

Does defensive driving course was really easy and fast and it was easy to do at home and I didn't have to do it all at once I could come back if I needed to leave it at any time so I think that's what makes it stand out amongst the rest
