It was quick and easy for defensive driving course. Very simple to navigate and like that you can take it on your own time.

They just try to rip ppl off by holding certificates hostage for a week so you give them more money to "expedite" it.

Called the customer service to report a problem. Was told a supervisor would return my call. They never called back. Please don't get involved with this company. They are only concerned with taking your money. If your have a problem the website tells you to call with your comments but when you call they they dont care to hear your issue, they just want to get off the phone. There's nothing they will do for you.It's the N. Y. defensive driving course.

Their marketing made it look very attractive. Interesting videos to watch, and I can download my certificate right away. I sat through the entire program this weekend, and it was horrible. Texas requires a minimum of six hours for the class, but you could boil down their information into an hour. It was long, hokey and boring And it looks about 20 years old. Then at the end, I was excited to download my certificate and be done with this horrible class. After all, they advertise that I can get an instant download! Oh... if you pay them an extra $25! What? Yes, another $25 for a PDF file that they're going to print and mail to you. I declined, because they implied that I would get an instant download with the course. TOTALLY DECEPTIVE! Then they said, "Oh wait, we'll let you download it for $9.99." What? So you were willing to take my $25 and not say a word, but then knock the price down by $15? That's just ridiculous. No thanks. I'll wait. The only positive is that I got through the course to satisfy having a ticket removed from my record. I DO NOT recommend this corny, outdated and boring class for anyone. Well, maybe for the people I don't like. This would be good for them.

I paid was charged immediately. 247defensiveDriving.com nysponline.com (NYSP) I started the course and didn't make it even through section 1 when I had pop-ups showing up constantly to call the number and answer security questions. After doing that and going back to course I had another request immediately. I decided to call and asked customer support to fix issue. She said she can't so I asked to speak to supervisor and refund. She refused to identify herself and refused to let me talk to supervisor. I called back spoke to another lady and asked for the same and the frustration was even bigger. She hang up. Then every time I called they were hanging up on me. I had another lady calling me who informed me that they will cancel and I willl receive refund in 10 DAYS! Do yourself a favor and go with another company. The website is difficult to read not clear enough with small dense font (probably intentionally to make you pay for audio extra $5) and boring with those nonsensical security checks to call them multiple times (banks and state agencies don't do that)! Do they think I have time and energy for that? I pay and deserve right customer support and be fully happy with the service. Refunds should happen as instantly as they draw money from the account. I will be bringing it up with NYS and bbb.

This site is barely maintained. All the videos are SD format from the early to mid 90s. The most recent statistics appear to be from 2016. I found incorrect information in the questions. I found questions that were asked before the page telling you that information came up. I found questions where the answers for the statistics did not match the information they just gave. If you go to point out any of these errors to them their form asks you questions like what kind of computer are you using? A Power Mac? Windows 95? Are you using the Netscape browser?
Most of the information felt like a mish mash of stuff where sections had redundant information. It's not that hard to pass but maaaaaan they do not respect your time and it feels fairly padded out.
