I bought a few products on site dealsmachine.com. One of the products (fitness bracelet SH07) do not work well. I tested the product after that I asked the buyer what to do? He was returned product with higher one (I had SH07 and SH08 I received). For this I paid nothing extra (leaving initial payment.
They have good products. The product range is sometimes pretty narrow. A strong point: get the product directly at the door (even if the product comes from outside the EC and should pass on to the office. This is not happening. The package comes directly to your door). Quality / price ratio is execelent. I'm pleased. Recommend products (the only problem is delivery time in Europe, in Romania reached after 3 weeks; sometimes you can track your package free of charge by Traking number.). Recommendation for site: wide range of products!

I've bought from deals machine a couple of time and it was a good and honest transaction, it may take a while to receive your product since it ships from another country, but they do offer tracking and insurance so you will definitely get your item. Plus the DM points is a definite bonus. In less than 3 months ive spent about $70 bucks with DealsMachine and am planning to spend more because they have the Best Prices and just about every item you could look for, for sure,, Deal Machine is the Best! I placed an order back in May that was subsequently shipped almost a month after it was suppose to. To make up for it, Deals Machine offered me a $10 coupon. I accepted the coupon and they immediately sent me a message asking me to change or delete my review on this site. I stongly consider it until I tried to place another order was unable to use my coupon. Like I said in my review about my first order from this site (D**************) This site can not be trusted.

I bought Onda V919 air shipped via flat rate... It takes really a long time to receive it.
So I send ticket to their customer service, and served me well. Somehow item arrived.

I've been buying items from Dealsmachine for a year now. From a small item like screen protector to a projector or a gadget like Onda 919 air...

When buying from this site, you are assured items will arrive... though it takes so long when shipped flat rate... about (15-30) business days PHILIPPINES Postal...

So when buying gadget have it shipped via EMS (15 business days) and pay extra or or DHL (7 days) not include processing time... whichever convenient in your country.

If problems arise, send a ticket to their customer service and they are readily help you within 24 hours. Have PATIENCE. Just open communication will help resolve any problems. Like refunds, returns and resend items.

First time I bought 2 phones from dealsmachine, one for my wide and one for myself. One phone was faulty, it would not turn on, I notified deals machine and they answered very quickly saying the would look into it and resolve my problem. Following a lot of contacts by me their reply was that they are looking into it. Three months later after getting PayPal involved the refunded me but a cost to me, I lost $65 on the deal due to money exchange and return postage. I still had not learned my lesson as subsequently, two months later I re-ordered a new phone. I again having the same problem getting satisfaction from dealsmachine, so NEVER AGAIN.

This week I received a refund for the purchase price of the unit. I still incurred the shipping charges (about $36), and incurred 6 months of hassle, 6 months of many messages back and forth with no satisfactory result, and all kinds of very friendly and typical irrelevant politeness, but because of SiteJabber, I finally got the purchase price price paid back to me. DealsMachine offered me a: nice gift" if I wrote a friendly review about their refund. We will see if it comes. I will note on this review if it does.

I ordered a tablet from these people. Onda V919 Air 9.7 inch Windows 10 + Android 4.4 Tablet PC Intel Z3735F 64bit Quad Core 1.83GHz QXGA.

The device used a foreign operating system although it clearly specified in the description that it used Android 4.4. It did not have Android 4.4. I could not convert it to English, nor could use any apps on the machine, nor could I establish email addresses or Google. Basically it was made for some other nationality with a completely different operating system.

I returned the device through the USA Postal Service with a tracking number. Dealsmachine claims it did not arrive there. The USA Postal service insists that it arrived in China. After a long series of correspondance, Dealsmachine has offered 30% of the purchase price, zero of the shipping costs, and the credit can only be used against future purchases.

I am the sourcing manager for an Australian Manufacturing business and I needed to procure some LED lights our usual supplier could not get.
I bought ten units (A$24 each) which arrived 2 weeks later and were exactly what I wanted. Quality was very good and items exactly as described.
After placing my order I was very concerned as the link to the freight tracking was not what I was used to and they said Australia Post but it was not. I read lots of bad reviews and got very worried but in the end everything worked out exactly as DealsMachine had promised.

I was wandering around the web looking for some good headphones for good buck. I found the Dealsmachnie, well, I had to stay there. I got myself a nice set of earbuds for the best price I could find, and I've been all over the place. The great thing is that when You buy some gear there, it is original product, not some counterfeit. I checked every spec, every angle of the product and I can say for sure, it is Xiaomi original product. China is well known for its good price/quality ratio, but those headphones go far beyond good. In fact, they would be excellent for 50 bucks, not only 20. I recommend the place, the shipping is fast through BPost, the Newsletters get you discounts, its worth a while to get signed up!

I have been a customer with dealsmachine.com for over a year now and I plan on continuing. They have very competitive pricing reasonable shipping time and great products to select from. One of my purchases was a 700tvl fpv camera, I paid a very small price for a great product. They shipped it right way and I received it in about two weeks. There customer service is always on top of any problems I have ever had and resolved them in a reasonable time. I recommend them 100%

After receiving a very faulty item I submitted an application for a refund and got ignored for nearly two weeks. So I contacted them again but still no refund and very little response, they just keep telling me to submit all the details of the product on the website. Well I've done that three times already... its been weeks and I'm still waiting to even be properly acknowledged! Stay away from this site, I've lost over $50 and I definitely won't be buying from here ever again...
