I am sorry I didn't read the reviews here before buying. I ordered 2 phones from them on February 28. I checked my account yesterday & the items are still processing. Contacted them yesterday, they said items are out of stock and will take 3 to 7 business days. That will end up taking over a month to process.

They also offered for me to get different products, which will only complicate matters. Why didn't you tell me both items were out of stock in the first place? Why did you take my money?

I asked for a refund, and now it seems I am not at the mercy of this shady company. My advice? You don't need this. Look elsewhere; there are too many negative experiences with this company. Stay away from Dealsmachine!

Dealsmachine is what i say to be one of the best online retail store out there, they offer so much range at incredible prices. And the specs of there devices is every thing you would need to future proof and play so much on, it's crazy.

There service is great they always reply and have great solution and do there best as the can they make take a day or 2 to reply but the do care. A lot of people say they delivery is bad but i choose expedited shipping and it arrived around 2 weeks for me and i live in Australia.

All i can say is give them a go, it's safe and never had any troubles with payments or delivery. You might get unlucky with a devices but make sure you tell them to do a quality check before they send it out. And do some research on the product so you know what your getting.

It is my second order from dealsmachine.com. I bought smartwatch phone. I choose standard shipping and received it quickly. Product is great, works excellent. I synchronize with smart phone thru bluetooth. I can make, receive calls. Also it has sim card slot. Next times I travel abroad I will buy sim card and use it as regular phone. Smartwatch does everything I expected. I am very satisfied. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend to order from dealsmachine.com

This company took my order on the 5th January for express delivery on an in stock item. Yesterday 3rd February, the item still hadn't been despatched, let alone delivered.

A complete waste of time, now having to reorder the item elsewhere, that I wanted to have for a special occasion.

Ignore it, when they reply here and say the offer or offered a solution, they don't. They simply offer you a completely different product and excuses.

I really do hope these scam artist go out of business.

Six weeks after placing the order my item has not been dispatched had replies that are intended to stall. I asked for a refund and they have stopped communicating. They are still showing my item as in stock for sale but are telling me today
"Dear Jim,
Thank you for your contacting with us.
We are sorry to inform you that since the Spring Festival is coming, the factory does not product the item. We expect to receive the goods in March. Would you like to wait?

We wish to take this opportunity to apologize to you for any inconvenience caused.

I have used Dealsmachine.com for a few orders now, my latest being D************** Vido T99 phablet with case, i ordered them 21/12/2015 and received the parcel 15/1/2016 using flat rate shipping to the U. K.
I was expecting delivery to take longer due to the Christmas period, so was surprised when it turned up sooner.
I also like how they take a photo of the package that you are going to receive so you know what it looks like when the postman has it in his hand.
The tracking numbers do work once the package is out of China, people who are saying they don't, obviously do not read properly.
I have never had a problem with delivery of my orders from them, i think a lot of other people whose reviews have had problems with their orders are because they are not patient, to expect an order to turn up in 3-7 days from China is absurd especially if Customs inspect the package and then to blame Dealsmachine for the delay, demanding refunds etc is crass ignorance of how import/export works.
I have always been pleased with my orders from them, they are the genuine branded article not some cheap copy, the Vido T99 phablet is great quality, fast, lovely screen sharp/bright, the sound is good, volume and quality, in fact i am very pleased with it, as i am with all my Dealsmachine purchases, any problems i am sure they would do their best to sort it out, but you have to remember that English is not particularly well understood, so you may have problems with what you say to them, just be patient.

The product was faulty and they did everything possible to delay a full refund, they offered money which was less than I paid on several occasions, each time was less than the previous amount. I raised a dispute with PayPal and it was resolved by PayPal refunding my full amount plus return postage. The company also refused to accept the returned faulty item as advised by PayPal. The company is under investigation as they should be.

Thank goodness for PayPal.

My new Redmi Note 2 was purchased at an amazing price and has performed perfectly since I got it. Dealsmachine support was very helpful with my questions and solved all problems for me quickly.

I chose the cheapest shipping option to reduce my overall cost and it took just as long as they described it would so I'm happy with my saving.

Have since purchased more items from them and will be purchasing more in the future.

A great catalog of tech items at great prices with reliable delivery and shipping. What more could you ask for?

Warning I have read many reviews about this company doing the same thing to many people. To make a long story short I ordered a tablet that was supposed to only take 2 weeks. After a few emails and 2 months later I got a message telling me that my order was cancelled and they were refunding my money. I never asked for refund I just wanted my product. It seems they are just selling you hopes and dream. Then just refund you after keeping you money interest free.

I stumbled upon Dealsmachine looking for various cheap electronics, and was not disappointed. They offer a lot of the same products you could buy on Amazon or elsewhere in the UK, but for a quarter of the price. As a result, I am now wearing a watch from DM, have a battery bought from them in my iPhone, and have bike lights bought from them on my bike, all for a lot less than I would have paid out here. There are also a lot of products you can't find in the UK at all, except maybe from specialist stores where you pay a premium for them.

Of course you can't expect all the perks of next day delivery you might get with amazon, but everything I've ordered so far has arrived on time and they keep you updated so the wait isn't so bad.

I've recommended the site to a number of friends already, who have got anything from routers to endoscopes for very cheap.
