In February of 2012 I joined DealDash. It was my very first penny auction site to try. I didn't have good luck in the beginning because I found it confusing. I then saw a Quibids commercial and thought I'd try their penny auction site. Quibids was easier to understand for me, and I stayed with them through 7 years. 5 months ago, I got frustrated with Quibids due to their lack of customer support help. He was patient, kind, and very understanding about my confusion of the "Leaderboard". Im taking the time to leave this review because deal dash TRULY deserves it. Ive never experienced such incredible customer service! Theres a quote from marc Cuban that i base my own small business off of "treat your customers like they own you... Because they do!" Lol i realize thats a bit extreme but I believe in actually being of service to my customers and deal dash is the ONLY company (and total trivia but theyre the same im pretty sure) ive ever encountered! They deserve awards and all companies should strive to be as good as DD.

Was stupid enough to give them my credit card which should have been a red flag when that was the second thing to do after creating a user name. I didn't bid on anything and really and all the things to bid on was not available until 3 and 4am In the morning so I decided to cancel, they didn't have a option but did find where I could remove my card. Check my balance on my card and $25 was gone smh. Dont do it, no stars if it was option!

I agree with others that there are few bidders on DD that will spend thousands of bids to win and I also think that they work together with DealDash. They get unlimited number of bids from DD and thus they can bid as long as they want. I have lost over $10,000 dollars on DD before I realized that DD will never let me win an item really worth winning as for example an iPhone or McBook. Once I was bidding on an iPhone and I already spent around 5000 bids which is equivalent to $600 when Uncle Tan jumps in and he won an auction. I emailed the customer service but was only received an apology and was told to try another auction. That is $600 down the drain. I think people really should wake up and see what DD really is.

Customer support performs an action that you are due, all the while stating to you that they're making an exception. Heaven forbids that another action is required because you will be told that yet another exception was performed. It's like doing something for someone of your own free will and then mentioning it to the person as though they are indebted to you. It totally ruined my happiness and wasted my money. I pay my way. I don't ask for favors. I hate for someone to even hint that I'm a burden. It's the meaning behind the actual words. It's hidden sarcasm with a smile. I had taken a break from DealDash, almost a year. After receiving an anniversary email from them I thought to give them another try. I need the iPhone 16Max and thought to get it at DealDash. Well, I should have just made a retail purchase. I wasted have the cost of the phone at a company that makes me feel like a burden needing a further exception. After spending a good amount of money I was sent a message from "customer service" saying they closed my account for an unknown reason. I emailed back multiple times regarding the reason and also to get my money refunded for the bids I had not even gotten to use (a good couple hundred). I was rudely responded to after quite a while finally and was told I had multiple accounts which is definitely not true. I also told them this and got treated like some kind of criminal. I am livid because I did nothing wrong and the items I did win before this incident were never sent to me either. I would have to say it was at least $100 if not more I had in bids and also the items that were never sent. I am posting this for others to take as a warning. These people are crooks and liars. I felt like the scum of the earth based on how they responded to me and also for the accusations. I will be spreading word on every site I can about this horrible crooked company. Please do not give them any of your money as I have learned the hard way.

Been on dealdash for a little over a year & haven't had too much to complain about until recently when it was clearly obvious that I should have won an auction at a certain price but didn't. As can clearly be seen, 14 seconds ticked off between the times of 04:56:13 & 04:56:27. I don't by their explanation of internet refreshing or whatever. Haven't done a lot on here since that fiasco. Just hoping they are a little more honest in the future.

In these cases, our system takes a split second to check and confirm that the auction still had users with BidBuddies booked and that the auction should have continued as normal.
In this particular case (auction ID 7353291), it has been confirmed that there were other users with BidBuddies already booked in the system. We can assure you that nobody has gained any unfair advantage or additional time to place a bid during this slight delay.

Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.

Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids.
