Although I read all the instructions I`m more a visual person. I signed up for the introductory 100 bid package and set out to start bidding. But it moved so quickly and I couldn`t understand how you could ever win a bid since when you bid the clock starts all over again and if someone bids over you it starts again. So in my frustration I wrote to Customer Support saying how dissatisfied I was. This was about 7PM. The very next morning there was a lovely reply from Mathew in Customer Support expressing his regrets that I was so dissatisfied and he assured me that they guarantee satisfaction and so they were issuing me a full refund for the $36 I spent to purchase a package of 100 bids. Though I wish I were more savvy in understanding the process their immediate action in refunding my investment assures me that deal and Dash is a legitimate and Customer Friendly business.

Oh I am so disappointed in Dealdash. There was a time I played on this site everyday, I would tell my friends and family about this and post daily. They made lots of changes in the products that they offer making it almost impossible to "Buy it now" in the event of a major loss. The items that are offered are very slim and the kids products are not offered much at all. 3 years ago I did all my Christmas shopping through this site and this past year all that was won was a flash light, some head phones and a set of way over priced knifes. What a huge disappointment this site has become. I do hop on every now and again to see if something catches my eye but never see anything that makes me even want to try to win. Not to mention because of the fewer auctions the winning prices are way high! Good luck to those who are still playing on this site, I just feel as if Dealdash has let all their fans down in a huge way.

About five years ago I tried a different penny auction site and after reading all the information I decided to give it a try. Well it just was NOT a good experience so as far as I was concerned I was done with penny auction sites taking my money with nothing in return; not even fun. But then after seeing an ad on TV for dealdash.com my husband and I decided that I would just check it out but we weren't really expecting anything good.

First I read everything available on the site including information about the BIN (Buy It Now) option and always no charge for shipping. Then I watched the bidders for a couple of days before I felt comfortable enough to actually buy some bids plus there was an item I had planned to purchase for retail from another online site coming up for bid so I figured maybe I could win it for a lower price than I was planning on paying.

Well since that first bidding experience in July 2013 every time we've wanted to purchase an item the first place we've checked is dealdash.com. If the item was available we've either won the item or used the BIN option. Oh yes and when we lose an auction and use the BIN option we receive all the bids we used on the lost auction back into our account. So how great is that! All those bids are ready to be used on the next item we hopefully want to WIN but if not we will very joyfully BIN.

And last but not the least good thing about our experience with dealdash.com is the staff that we have experienced have been very responsive and willing to make the situation right.

Robobidders, team bidders, whatever you want to call them, I don't believe in this site.
I've been refunded my original 200 bid purchase, which I dumped back into Dealdash, I figured, I paid for them, I'm not getting the cash back, so why not?

It's clear to me that this is a money-making website.
I have no problem with companies making money.
Its what makes the world go round.

Where I have a problem is in one week (just a few hrs a couple of days), I have the scam figured out.

Same person, signs up twice, different names/users.
Buys two sets of bids, bid on the same item, works best with what they call a Bid Pack. Set all bids on both users to use the "Bid Buddy" that bids automatically.
Walk away.

Some time in the future, if you did it right, one or the other of your "bidder accounts" will win.
Unless, your item was targeted by another team bidder.
Then you're screwed.

Which leads me to theory 2:
DealDash robobidders on the more expensive items.

Why else would DealDash actually have iPadAir tablets for sale just weeks after
They are put on sale for prices under $50?
How could they?
Apple goes after places like Walmart for selling their stuff for $5 under Apple's MSRP. A $500 iPadAir for $24?!?!? Apple would have lawyers there so fast...

The owners of DealDash better watch out.
Tony Soprano's goons will be coming along soon looking for their "cut of the action".
That's how blatant this whole thing is, once you figure out how much cash is involved and how little you "win".

I don't believe the rules-following user can win without cheating somehow.

I love this site! As far as Penny auctions go this one is trust worthy and fair. The lock the bidding at 5 dollars so no new bidders can jump in and run up the bidding. My favorite part of the game is that if you lose you can buy the product at regular price and get all your bids back. I use this option all the time seeing as I don't bid on anything that I wouldn't buy. They have great items for auction too from Ipads to 10 dollar gift cards.
