I have had a lot of fun on this site. Just wish that the bids I buy were not so expensive. One problem that I have with the site is that it is addictive. I love auctions.
I won an auction for an item from Omaha Steaks valued at $85. I was contacted by DD a few days after the auction's end and informed that the item was not in stock. While I obviously had wanted the item I'd won, I was offered a gift card of my choice for FULL AUCTION VALUE! Thank you DD. Your rep, Mimi was very courteous and a great help. Keep up the great customer service.
I did not purchase anything; the prices are too high and besides, with the 10 second window of time(it used to be 30 seconds) I can't win anything.
What I find it is very hard to win any bids. I spend a great deal of money only to lose. I guess it would be cheaper to go out and buy the things. So I really do not know how much longer I will play.
Hi Lois, based on data we've collected since 2009 we've found people have the most fun and win more auctions when using our site as a shopping service and not just a bid to win it auction site. Try only bidding on items you want and are planning on buying anyway. This way if you don't win, you don't lose any bids either. Please let me know how I can help improve your experience. I received a broke item, I asked where to send it back to so I could get a unbroken item or something of equal value. I received an email back stating I needed to return it back to the store where it was purchased. I purchased it on Deal Dash I was not told where Deal Dash purchased it. I need to know the store and what I give them as far as a receipt.

I have used DealDash since October and have not yet won a bidding contest, which causes me to wonder whether to proceed. For what I have spent thus far I could have purchased at least one of the items I bidded for. I have not been able to bid all through the night 24 hours X 3 days in some cases. I need to sleep, eat, work, etc., which places me at a disadvantage. I've used the BidBuddy, but that just uses up my bids in a pre-determined bid cycle with other players... and does not do the job either. It's fun to bid, but it would be more fun and would sustain my interest if I could win periodically. For the hundreds that I have spent thus far, it hasn't been much fun to continually lose bidding contests.
Hi William, thank you for the review and sorry to see you have not yet won an auction. After reviewing your bidding history it appears you've used the high majority of your bids on the most popular, high valued items like the Samsung Galaxy tablets, laptops and desktop computers. I would like to recommend utilizing your Buy it Now option to get the desired item plus your bids back. This helps eliminate the risk of bidding by giving you another chance. You may also want to try a different bidding strategy and go for some of the lower range items.
We can understand that if you don't win, it's probably not very fun either. There's a site called DealDashReviewed.com where experienced bidders are writing helpful articles about bidding. I didn't win on my first bid pack around but I bought some more & won a $10 gift card to Burger King. I do really think that the max you should be able to put on bid buddy at one time is a hundred to give other people a chance that can't put down 5000 bids just to win it. Make the people have to come back after a hundred bids so it shows everybody has to get more involved. Both deal dash and consumers would come out on top if that happened.

Gotta be careful and this site can be rewarding, took a while t learn. Now these team bidders or the coincidental dropping our of other bidders just when I do is unnerving, almost think you guys are involved(bidding)

Excellent experience with DealDash. Tough experience, however, with bidders (jumpers), but I guess that can't be controlled.
Love winning great deals! Hate when people over bid the value of an item, but I guess I can't really control that. Need to earn more bids while being bidding leader. Takes too long to accrue free bids.
My problem is that I live in a small town. Don't have most of what gift cards you have on your site. Have a Walmart but the Walmart card has become the most popular on your site. Also, I am a senior citizen. Deal Dash runs a good operation.
