Help and support people were wonderful. I found your policies were fair and well managed. I was pleasantly surprised by the integrity of your dealings with participants. I'm taking a hiatus because it's VERY easy to overspend... but that's me, not you.
I think DealDash is a rip off and will not ever purchase any more. I'm stuck with over 400 bids. I've learned my lesson if it seems too good it is. I will and have told everyone about this website.
I have won a few fast food gift cards and a grill utensil set but once my bids run down, I will no longer use deal dash. I do not see any way to gain an advantage by bidding on an item in the last seconds versus in the first 9 seconds! Either way it resets the clock so what is the game plan? No different than Ebay, in my opinion.

DealDash has been a lot of fun and I've done very well. I just re-started with them from 2 years ago and it has really improved. I really like the discounted bids sales.
I just would like to tell newbies, using the Bid Buddy is a great option. And, let the clock count down for the person you are about to bid over. It gives them time toward FREE BIDS and in turn you will get Free bids when the clock runs down. You'll see!
The site has great auctions, sales on its bids and most of all, it has great customer service. That is hard to find these days.
Purchasing bids is always easy and fast... and even faster to bid and bid and bid...
Joined this sight over 2 yrs ago and it was my favorite. Like the products and "no jump feature". Now checking on the winners list, its always the same names. Many indications of team bidding going on. Special bid costs now from. 15 to. 20 which sucker in the honest bidders looking for deals and many not bragging about getting them. Results in overbidding and getting no where. Worst auto bidder system since you cannot place a start and end bidding amount which leaves you at their mercy. Only way to get anywhere is to Buy It Now and get your bids back to try again,, Vicious circle.
Just bought out a german sight "Swoopo" which they have to factor into business costs.
Would not recommend this sight unless you have a lot to invest with so little a return.

I haven't been using the site for very long and have had two separate issues with the bidding. However, they were both resolved quickly and to my satisfaction and I find this is the best auction site out there.
I have bid on and won several items. Altho I haven't bid much recently, I hope to get back in the fray really soon. The items I won came to me very promptly and I was satisfied with each.
Deal Dash is fun to play. If u have any problems they address it promptly.
It was Fun. And I enjoyed the experience. For a retired person like my self, it gives me something to do have have fun doing it.

I've been using Deal Dash for about 7 months now & just love the site!. A couple days ago I won a totally tricked out electric scooter worth well over $500 for about $160. I was so excited when I won it, that I put my wrong address down! Not a problem for DD, with a little help from Customer Service, Bam, they had it corrected before it shipped out. I am one happy bidder:-).
Competing with team bidders getting old, but I do enjoy trying to get items that I would be buying anyway.

We have systems in place to monitor this and we encourage you to always report anything to the customer support team so it can be investigated. The case you reported was investigated however after a thorough examination of bidding patterns and users it was determined no team play was actually taking place.

At first my experience with deal dash was pretty bad, they had a lot of issues and I had a very disappointing Christmas. They really did their best to make it up to everyone. I stayed with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt and this last summer, due to circumstances beyond my control, I didn't have a chance to pay for some items I had won in the auctions. I contacted support and they gave me another 2 weeks to pay for the items. Ever since they were on time with my deliveries and my experience has been awesome, I tell everyone I know about deal dash. I intend to keep on doing that for a long time. Thank you again deal dash

I feel a lot of people are over bidding bringing up the prices that sh. Ould be going to buy it know but some how the stay in and win and pay 4 times on what the item should have cost.

From our experience if someone overbids it's because they have acquired bids very cheap therefore value their bids very differently. For example when someone wins a 500 Bid Pack with just 20 bids they may not mind blowing all 500 bids for a $50 gift card because they view it as winning a $50 gift card for just 20 bids.
When reviewing your bidding history you seem to be using a good bidding strategy. Keep it up and please do let us know how we can help improve your experience.
