The company has garnered mixed reviews, with some customers appreciating the initial value and product quality of their purchases. However, a significant number of complaints highlight persistent issues with customer service, including delayed shipping, incorrect items being sent, and inadequate support during return processes. Many customers express frustration over unresponsive communication and unresolved disputes, leading to a perception of unreliability. Overall, while there are occasional positive experiences, the prevailing sentiment reflects a concerning trend of dissatisfaction regarding service efficiency and customer support, suggesting a need for improvement in these areas.

Placed an order on 5/6 for grandson's birthday. Was supposed to arrive on 5/18. I started following up on 5/11 because nothing had happened. Spent 3 hours trying to track over the next 3 days explaining situation. Was assured everything was fine until 3:00 am on 5/17 at which time they cancelled order. Inexcusable that the couldn't at least let me know earlier since he already could not have a party due to Covid 19. Will never use them or Google stores again.
I ordered a size medium shirt. They sent a size small several days late. When I contacted customer service, they refused to send out the correct size and blamed me for the error. I left a review on their site and they removed it within five minutes because it wasn't 5 star. This is not an ethical company.
I purchased 2 hand sanitizers, and they provided false tracking number. I had to ask my credit card company to help me.
Customer service not responding
Horrible ordeal with this company. Ordered an air fryer. They sent the wrong item. Emailed them about their mistake the same day (Friday). When I heard back I got a form letter saying responses take "Typically around 2-3 business days, keep in mind we are closed on the weekends." I felt a week was too long and I asked for a quicker response. They ignored me so I opened a paypal dispute. Only then did Daily STEALS send a return label and say I must return it within 7 days. BUT it looked like I'd have to pay for return shipping for a big heavy appliance. So I emailed asking to clarify who pays for shipping. No reply. I ask again. And again. Days go by and I conclude that they're running down the clock so the 7 day return period expires. I try to call paypal to report Daily STEALS' antics and paypal has NO agents working because of "the virus." At this point Daily STEALS has been jerking me around for a full week. So I call my credit card bank and report the incident and they do a charge back. That's the reason I use credit cards of course, for buyer protection against sleazy merchants.
Steals your money daily! Took from my bank account nothing sent no refund received a email order cancel due to fraud however took my money received confirmation order placed after took my money say fraud Nothing about refunding me in a crisis now I have no phone and took my money. I have children and have to spend more money for a phone than grocery while wait not only that I text the number they sent me another confirmed thank you for my order then started to continue texting me so how am I fraud when my money was took email confirm and took my money cash from bank not a secondary payment like credit card or finance company. They also have reports on better business bureau with two different addresses and no phone number BUYER BEWARE
Purchased a S9+ Phone from them. The description said "unlocked". However the phone was still on lease and not paid off. They were selling phones that were not supposed to be sold. I realized this too late and was not able to return the phone for a refund. Contacted customer service and they were very slow in responding and never helped with a resolution even though they knew it was their fault to be selling blacklisted phones. So be cautious when buying electronics from them. Very shady company, my credit company was not able to find a phone number for their business. They only communicate through emails and are never accountable. I know that this review wont be posted because they will be only posting positive reviews on their website. I will be filing a police case and also take legal action because they cheated me and stole $450 from me.
Purchased refurbished samsung 8 active phone. Ordered phone for ATT service. Phone showed up in decent time and looked good. Found microphone was not working. Tried to return for exchange and it took forever to get company to respond. After many emails I was able to get return authorization. Company sent replacement phone but for T mobile service. Tried to get it corrected but I got no customer service(I don't think they have a customer service dept. by all the hassle I had to go through). Second phone had a small problem which was fixed by our local phone repair guy. Don't think I will be ordering from them just because of the very poor customer service.
Just got scammed out of 22$ by you... thanks, worst experience ever, and you can't even give me proof of delivery
Don't ever buy a Mystery Box from Daily Steals, mine arrived today, what a joke, old filthy items, children's toys from many years ago. When they say stuff packed back in the warehouse, they mean it! Paid $37 for what I thought might be a fun extra Xmas gift, good thing I opened the junk package. Tried to put a review on their website, wouldn't take it, probably because it was a one star!
Horrible customer service. With over a weeks delay, they still have not sent me a return authorization for an item they sent that was not even what I ordered. Am just told that I will have to keep waiting for them to look into. Not acceptable for an online company in today's world. Quite frustrated with their service and very disappointed as have had a good relationship with them in the past, having placed many online orders. Will be questioning doing any more business with in the future because of this.
Ishai,
Thank you for your prompt response to my request about further information on the warranty sold with the refurbished cell phone.
I went to their site and while I feel somewhat more comfortable, they have a $75 deductible for EVERY claim which is NO WHERE to be found regarding YOUR MERCHANDISE. To not provide that to the consumer is in my opinion as a consumer attorney a fraud against the customer on YOUR PART.
Assuming the phone makes it past the 30 day warranty you provide, the customer now faces a mandatory $75 dollar deductible if the phone can be repaired. If the phone can NOT be repaired, the warranty service pays current market value for a refurbished phone you sold.
On the 31st day, the phone fails. Customer has paid $49.99 for a one year warranty on a $59.99 phone worth how much? The deductible is $75 + $49.99 for a refurbished phone worth under $50. If the phone can't be fixed on the 31st day, the customer faces having paid $49.99 + $75 to get a check for $50 (the cost of the warranty purchase). The customer will have paid/lost $59.99 + $75 = $134.99 on a failed refurbished phone on the 31st day.
I believe you have a DUTY to disclose which you DON"T. Also, the SHOPPER APPROVED is only based on purchases and the best review is EASILY LOST by SHOPPER APPROVED in their "Active Reviews."
If people are advised of the risk above, and choose to take that risk, so be it. If the number of phones sold and warranted were reported, and the number of mechanical failures of those phones, that would be a more accurate indicator of the success of the phone rather than SHOPPER APPROVED and the like. Granted, the warranty includes customer damage as well, but folks need to know purchasing a phone and 1 year warranty could cost them $134.99 additionally based on your warranty and the warranty service. Your customers are entitled to know that information.
Thanks. Michael J. Duggar
Bought lightening cables and it worked great for about a week and now it keeps connecting and disconnecting. Cheap and crappy. Guess I got what I paid for. And cheap enough that the headache of dealing with support is not worth it.
Stated Logitech G933 as 'New' but sent either refurbed or used products. You can see many other victims on slickdeals commments and the account called itself 'dailysteals official' wrote to PM it to resolve the problem. However, even if you request them refund by stating it is a fraud, they just repeat it's new and I have to provide the proof that it was not new.

I ordered a 4 pack of hoodies and the listing specifically said I would get one of each color. Instead I got 2 each of 2 colors. Not sure how that happens.
Between wrong items, or having refunds after orders were supposedly delivered (One was delivered but literally ended up being AN EMPTY ENVELOPE that was delivered, not my items,) and being assured twice (Two totally different orders months apart) that my order was being re-sent and 12 hours later getting an email THREE TIMES that I was getting a refund. I've washed my hands of this nonsense. May as well save my time and not bother ordering at all. My money stays in my account and I don't have to get my hopes up that I'll Get what I ordered only to be let down again and again.
I am sure if everything goes as expected they are fine. But, in my case the shipper had an issue and I never received my 80$ sunglasses. It was more frustrating trying to deal with a customer service group then worth the money that was involved. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing from. Usually in life deals are too good to be true they probably are.
Bought a phone from dailysteals.com recently, website stated it was unlocked and did not state it was carrier unlocked, so that being said the phone does not work on my network. Emailed 3 times to return the phone in a week's time and still no response. I would not recommend this shady take your money and be gone seller. I have opened a PayPal claim and hopefully this will get resolved.
Checking my credit card statement I found a purchase that I would never have made. It was a purchase from Facebook Daily Steals for an amount and no description of what was purchased. Since I NEVER buy online from Facebook the bank did a reversal, closed my credit card and issued me another and started their investigation of the charge. I guess you have to watch your statements and keep receipts to check off what you purchase versus what is on the statement.
I ordered some Ray Ban glasses from them and in their own product description and photos they said they were tortoise print. I received the item and they were a copper color. I have been contacting the company for days to get an exchange or refund since they were falsely advertising the product. No response or even that they're looking into it. Don't waste your money there.
Received Rayban sunglasses that would fit either a Neaderthal or ET. They resemble more like clown glasses then anything a normal human would wear. Horrible quality with hard plastic frames. Not impressed at all. $60.00+ down the drain.
Answer: Yes, worst customer services experience in my memory not worth any savings.
