I ordered an item on daily steals and it wasn't delivered and after telling them that I have video security around the perimeter of my house and can proved that the package was never delivered, they still wouldn't stand behind the delivery of their product.
Ordered a refurb Pixel 3 back on April 2. Was instructed by their affiliate NoFraud.com to send a picture ID AND a copy of a bank statement showing the transaction. Really? I've NEVER had to do this before with any other online retailer/reseller. So I jumped through those hoops and the next day the order appeared to be processed. And here it is the 11th with no change whatsoever in order status or shipping info, even after being told (sorry, emailed, because they have no CS phone number) that "shipping info would be available 24-48 after the order was process". They've gone silent since my last email request on the 9th to cancel the order and issue a refund. Since the transaction was through PayPal, I'll be looking into some kind of recourse with them. Daily Steals indeed!

I ordered a refurbished Pixel 3 that was supposed to be Grade A "containing little to no cosmetic defects". The phone I received had a badly scratched screen. I've contacted support twice but after four days still have no response.
They shipped me a sterling silver necklace where the clasp was broken and the necklace was *tucked up. Tried to email a few times to return... NO RESPOSE BACK! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

It had been some time since I had ordered anything from this company. Saw an enameled cast iron set show up on my FB feed, and figured, it seemed reasonable. Went direct to the site and ordered from there. I received it fairly quickly, and it was nice, however, it was not the color I selected on the site. I reached out to them asking how to remedy, and they were quick to respond asking for pictures (of which I had included when I opened the ticket). So far, 4 days... and still no further response from them. Like many, customer service leaves much to be desired. I had considered ordering a second set in a different color (not the one I received), but after this experience with their customer service, will not be ordering anything from them in the future.
Firm will not remove you from their mailing list no matter how often you request they do so. Unsolicited email ads received several times per week. They do not answer phone calls and are essentially unreachable. A clearly disreputable organization. Steve G.
I placed an order on 11/12/18 for 4 thermal shirts. It is now 12/13/18, a full month later, and I have never received my order. I have emailed several times inquiring about the order, and have never gotten a response. There is no phone number to call to figure out what is going on. There is no tracking information for my order. They seem to have essentially stolen my money and disappeared.
I placed an order on 11/23 for 2 videogames and received a shipping notice on 11/24 that my items were shipped. Looking at the tracking, a label was created for shipping, but the items were never given to USPS. Mind you my card has been charged.
Its now 12/10, I've emailed multiple times, and have gotten no response. There is no phone number listed either. First time being scammed by a seemingly legitimate company, guess I can only trust Amazon.
I'll be contacting my credit card provider to go after my money that these people took from me. They don't deliver, and they WILL NOT RESPOND, as so many of these other reviews have said.

Let me start by saying I had used this site in the past and had a great experience. It was probably a year ago. I decided during the holiday season to try it again. Bad decision! I ordered JBL headphones. They arrived in an envelope, with no box or instructions. They looked USED. They were scratched up, button broken off and obviously worn. I was so upset by this and have emailed them 5 times already, starting about 2 weeks ago. Still no reply and I have these worthless earphone that I sure won't be giving as a Christmas gift. Not only am I out of money and a gift but left very disappointed. There is no phone number to call and I guess by just having an email contact t, they are ok with ignoring their employees. I do not recommend using this site or if you do, do not Expect a response for a refund or a return. I tried to upload photos from my phone library but it won't allow me to do so.
Made 2 orders, never received an email confirmation. Waited a few days. Checked my paypal there was the purchases. Emailed there contact email, and NOTHING. Emailed the email associated with Paypal. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
Purchased 100 ph of stamps and received tracking # a week later, tracking # shows it's still waiting for the package 2 weeks later, asked for refund and received no response, dispute opened with PayPal and they send bad tracking # to them. I ordered CBD Gummies as a gift for my friend. I had them shipped to him when he received them they looked nothing like the website image. There was no label and the seal was broken the gummies looked home made and looked bloated and had some sugary substance on them. They were supposed to look like a regular gummy bear. After emailing Daily Steals I received no response I had to contact Paypal. Sadly, in order to get a refund my friend has to pay to ship them back, get a tracking number and receipt, send me copies of them so I can be reimbursed by PayPal for the shipping and then Daily Steals will refund my money. My friend threw the gummies away. Too much of a headache and too sketchy a return process. Not worth it. I would upload a picture but the website won't accept the images off of my phone
Received a supposed NEW product, which arrived used, missing parts, and damaged, several attempts to contact customer service but no luck. No phone number listed, going to have to go back tom my credit card to have the charge reversed.
