I have been doing business with Cysterwigs for almost 3 years, purchasing about 40 wigs. Heather and Cysterwigs have always been friendly and helpful. Even though my orders didn't always arrive quickly, I was always informed when they received an update. Ever since the help desk was started, I've had multiple contacts from them about issues and questions. Responses have been very quick. I will continue to recommend Cysterwigs without question!
I've ordered from Cysterwigs for YEARS because she has the best prices, great specials and awesome customer service. Before Heather hired her staff, she handled all the questions, requests and emails independently. She always responded and I found her helpful. The helpdesk now is able to handle these requests in a great manner.
While there are other equally nice websites, none match the specials she has. I love her reviews and if you have a question about color, they can provide color swatches without you having to purchase the color rings. I find that helpful. Heather built this company from the ground up and I applaud her committment to her customers and her honest reviews. I will not shop elsewhere because it isn't worth it to me. Thank you Heather and Cysterwigs for helping me with information and providing me with beautiful "helper hair".

I own close to three dozen wigs purchased from Heather and CysterWigs. So you could say I know a thing or two about the wig world. The customer service is excellent. You ask a question and its answered immediately. The sales are great and the online community is very active & helpful & supportive. Heathers video reviews are honest and thorough. CysterWigs has changed my life... I wouldn't shop anywhere else. If you ever thought of getting a wig but didn't know where to start or trust contact Heather and CysterWigs... I highly recommend them... they are the best!
