I have purchased many wigs from Cysterwigs and have always been happy with the shipping time and with the products.
I have ordered a few wigs that I am not particularly happy with; as far as how they look on me but decided to keep them anyway.
Recently I have been in search of a gray wig. I ordered one wig in gray which I already own two of and love; Zuma but in gray I was not so happy with how it looked so I returned it; no problem!
I had them give me a store credit; I knew I would be ordering again, which I received within days of them receiving my return.
I could go on and on about how much I appreciate Cysterwigs and it's sad that there others that have not had the same great experience I have had.

It was not the customer service. Really. Although, telling me that I could go elsewhere for a wig from now on.(absolutely no need to say that as I would never order from your place again). Certainly was not appreciated. I lost out on $56.00. And received nothing but, a dreadful excuse for the wig I ordered. I did take a deep breath and order from www.namebrandwigs.com. I received a fabulous Raquel Welch wig that actually looked like the picture! It was also 1/2 the price I paid with your company. I have been in business. I have been a cruise director with the biggest cruise lines in the business. So, I am VERY customer service oriented and do not expect to receive a poor imitation of what I paid for. I would NOT have paid $45.00 shipping to receive something quickly. Without expecting to get what was pictured and the quality that is in a Raquel Welch wig. This wig was obviously a "2nd"! The coloring was dreadful, the hair on the back of the crown was noticebly very thin! The style... hah! The style didn't even come close to the Crowd Pleaser. No, you didn't need to write me and say don't order from us again. Definitely not on my agenda. Buyers beware! You also promised to reimburse my $11.00 return shipping. Which you didn't do.

I greatly anticipated getting the Crowd Pleaser by Raquel Welch wig. I needed it for a big event and paid $45 extra to get it in time. When I received the wig. It no more looked like the Crowd Pleaser style than the "man in the moon". I was in tears! I took it right to the post office and had to pay another $11.00 to return it. So, I am out $56 and received nothing but a headache! They did return my money for the wig. However, they also sent a letter that I could go elsewhere for a wig! I was very nice and so, they cannot post that I was rude. I took a pic of myself in the wig and another of the actual wig. After showing the comparison to my friends. They ALL said it did not look a bit like the style I ordered! Cysterwigs said they would return my $11 return shipping, which the did not do. Save yourself some money and really check out the reviews of these companies. I did and still got taken!

Great sevice

Cyster Wigs is a truly fantastic company to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate and on-line purchase process is seamless. Fast shipping and any questions are answered quickly. I have ordered a few wigs that didn't work out color or style wise and exchanging them is very quick and painless. There is no restocking fee with an exchange the only thing you pay for is the return shipping which is totally understandable. I went to a brick and mortar store before I started doing business with Cyster Wigs and my experience was a nightmare. When I got the wig home it had a horrible smell and the owner would not exchange it. Thank goodness for Cyster Wigs and their generous exchange program.

Wig arrived in a timely fashion.
Was pleased with the wig looked and felt very lightweight, unfortunately the style wasn't for me. Will be returning. Not happy about the $40.00 fee to return feel that's a bit high on top of the cost to send back

I picked cysterwigs because they promoted the ease of finding your perfect style and color through countless returns. If that is your main reason too, please reconsider using cysterwigs. I ordered a wig style that I love but was looking for something different for color. I was out of town when it arrived (in hindsight I should have not ordered it before I went out of town), when I got home and checked it out I immediately messaged them to see about another color. Every time I communicated with them it seems like it was a day or two before I got a response. Long story short, the 14 day window was gone before I knew it. Please be careful if you order, make sure it's a color/style you already know you're going to love.

Wig Buyer Beware

So sad that the customer service is so bad at Cysterwigs. They don't keep their website updated so when you order something, you have no idea whether or not it is in stock. Five days after my last order was "confirmed" I was informed that one of the wigs I purchased was on back order for two months. Why it was still available on their website and why they didn't notify me immediaafter I had placed my order is a mystery. Then when I contacted them, the customer service was terrible. I've spoken to several ladies who answer the phone at Cysterwigs and none of them are professional or act like they care about the customer. I don't understand the past reviews who stated the customer service is good. All the competent employees must have quit. I have now started ordering from a wig company called wigsbypattispearls.com. They have the same 30% off and free shipping on $50 orders. They are incredibly professional and go the extra mile to accommodate their customers.

Never again!

Awful place to do business! I wouldn't even waste my time when there are better online wig stores to do business, such as samsbeauty. Com who is much cheaper by the way and have tons of customers on youtube who give real reviews on their products.

Before I found Cysterwigs, I was unable to afford most wigs I liked because of the high markup. Cysterwigs always has a discount, and I was finally able to purchase vrands like BelleTress and Jon Reneau. I also happily discovered that the same wig I adored by Godivas Secret was available at Cysterwigs, and was actually made by Noriko. I dont know for sure that all Godivas Secret wigs are just renamed and made by Noriko, Renee of Paris, but the color that suits ne, Irish Spice is available through those wig lines, and thanks to Cysterwigs I can afford to replace my Taylor wig from Godivas Secret with an almost identical Noriko wig. I found my Taylor on ebay, worn only once and only 100.00, or I could not have afforded it
With Cysterwigs, luxury hair pieces are now in the realm of possibility for me to own. I appreciate so much everything Heather does, immensely helpful youtube videos, styling techniques, application, care and maintenence, beginner wig wearers tips. I just love her and her company so much. I will only buy from Cysterwigs in the future.

Great store and resources

CysterWigs is THE best place to buy wigs online. Heather and her team really provide a lot of education and resources regarding wigs, what the construction terms mean, color spotlights and definitions, etc. Their prices are very good and there are always coupons available. I have purchased many wigs and returned a couple as well and have never had any problems. I am grateful for all of the services they provide.

I thought Cysterwigs was a great company... at first. I have purchased 5 wigs from them and all went well until I tried to exchange two wigs. I got an email from * saying they would not accept my return because the wigs smelled like smoke! I was livid. No one here smokes and I stored them no where near the kitchen. You really don't have a leg to stand on with Cysterwigs. Their decision is gospel whether it's based on fact or fiction. I'm out a few hundred dollars which is so frustrating.
If you read the small print, you'll find almost all online wig businesses have unreasonable fees for changing anything in your order. Restocking fees of 20% plus other "hidden charges" for any return or exchange. Something should be done about this. What bothers me the most is that * and her minions prey on folks with cancer and allopecia who are already experiencing one of life's biggest challenges. Im only buying from my local wig store from now on. I won't support this travesty. I'd like to know how the people in these businesses sleep at night.

This particular customer was added to the blacklist for our store because she was abusive to our staff regarding the nature of her rejected return. The return was rejected because it smelled of cooking oil, indicating to our inspectors that she not only wore the wig, but had cooked while wearing it. It is our policy to not accept worn returns because no one would want to purchase a wig in that condition.

To resolve this situation, we gave Sally a 100% full refund on the order in question as well as a 100% refund on an order she recently received. We provided this additional refund to be fair to the customer since, by adding her to the store's blacklist, she would not be able to initiate a return process on the second wig.

This client revealed to us that she had difficulty shopping with other stores. Her behavior is most likely the reason why. We do not want to do business with people who are abusive to our staff or who refuse to abide by the terms published on our site.

I do not have one complaint about CysterWigs. Do people realize that Cysterwigs is not a wig manufacturer? How do you complain about the quality of a wig when CysterWigs has no control over that. And then give them a low rating because of it?
Also, if you give respect, you get respect.

I have purchased all of my wigs from this website and I found it to be superior in service and reviews. Heather doesn't sell products that she hasn't seen first in person. She gives totally honest video reviews. All of the plus and minuses of a particular wig. I trust her 100 % in the offerings that her store has. BTW, all of the shipping labels never ever say the store name or the word wig. Not sure what that negative review was about. Client help desk is amazing and fast.

I've been a customer with Cysterwigs for 3 years now and I continue to be a very happy customer. First, I'm just so happy this site exists. After having to rely on model photos for years, it's amazing to be able to watch videos of wigs in indoor/outdoor lighting and hear honest reviews on each one. Heather has integrity and is straight forward about the quality of each wig, so you have a much better idea of what you're buying. Still - sometimes a wig just doesn't work out and you have to return or exchange it. This is where Cysterwigs truly shines. I've only had to return/exchange twice in 3 years and both times I was amazed by their customer service. The team truly went above and beyond to meet my needs, especially when I was in a time crunch & needed a new style for an upcoming wedding. They exceeded the standards of what I expect from customer service and guaranteed I'll be buying many more wigs from them in the future.

Fabulous Wig Site!

CysterWigs.com is a fabulous, online wig store. Heather has amazing sales! I don't have to wait long to find a great deal on a wig. To add to this, I also get free shipping when I spend $75 or more. Heather also does "out of the box" wig reviews. These are easy to find on CysterWigs.com or on their YouTube channel. Heather goes over important details like fit, cap construction, color, etc., often showing the wig inside and out. Not only do I get great wig information, but I love watching. :) Just watch out... Heather's attitude about wigs is truly contagious!

I have never had an issue with CysterWigs. I have watched every video Heather has done, and look forward to a new one. Very informative and helps me with my decisions on style and color. Shipping is fast and free over $75.00! And communication is topnotch. If it is on backorder, they inform you right away. You can't beat her sales either. Having lost my hair about 5 years ago due to chemo and knowing that, due to my diagnosis of Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer I would never be off of chemo, I knew that the only way to feel like myself again was to start wearing wigs.

I watched reviews on YouTube and watched reviews from Heather (owner of Cysterwigs), as well as many others, I began to love wigs. I bought wigs from Cysterwigs, as well as big wig sellers.

It became apparent that the wonderful sales, information for wig wearers and, above all, customer service made Cysterwigs stand out. For example, there have been a couple times where I have seen a wig while I was perusing the internet and wanted to order it. Unfortunately, no one sold the wig online. I contacted big online wig stores, but they all said there was nothing they could do. I contacted Cysterwigs and asked about special ordering the wig and heard from Heather. This was before Cysterwigs had their CCHD.

Heather was wonderful. She let me know that the wig I was interested in was only sold in brick and mortar stores, but she would try and get it for me. Heather was able to get me the wig I wanted... this happened two times!

From then on, I have strictly bought from Cysterwigs and have seen the growth of Heather's store. And even though her store grew so much that she needed to enlarge her customer service and hired more help, the warmth of the small online store remains.

Thank you Heather for all you and your staff do for your customers. I am always referring your site to others and will continue to do so.
