Always on time... As expected... customer service is always nice and pleasant.
The store in Rogers AR only had an XL in stock to try on. It seemed to fit pretty good. BUT I get pressure point at forehead. I've only ever been able to wear XXL and some of them had to have adjustments made.
They might be just what you're looking for. They are quite plain looking, and comfortable to walk around

The helmet is just what I wanted. FedEx delivery was a day late. Was in an intermediate shipping location for over 36 hours. Not Cycle Gears fault but they should put pressure on FedEx for better service.
Customer service and products at Cycle Gear are always fantastic. The delivery with FedEx is not good. They are always delayed and lie about having tried to deliver when they didn't even attempt to deliver. I will only do store pick up from now on.
I took delivery of a new tire at my local Cycle Gear store in Louisville, Kentucky. Reasonable delivery time, and the good folks at my local shop mounted and balanced my tire while I waited. Thanks
I will be a c ycle gear customer all the time for my motorcycle needs. I recently tried with another store and the shipping time and return process were horrible. Sure, I might have saved a couple bucks but it was not worth it by the time I had to wait so long and pay for a return. I really appreciate the quick Turnaround at cycle gear. They have good sales but I will order from them in the future just for the customer service. It's also nice to be able to go into a store and try things on. What I wanted wasn't available at the local store, but I was able to size myself with something similar before I ordered online.

I went into the store in Auburn WA to get my granddaughters head measured by one of the stores employees to ensure I got the correct size for her to wear. Then I ordered the helmet I wanted right there in the store since it was not stocked in the store. The employee was very helpful in that effort. I received the helmet 7 days after the order was made.
Easy drop off, reasonable price, job was done when promised, easy pick up.
Great customer service and this time it was done 3 days after I ordered. Tire came next day, brought my rim in around 11am and pickuped up it up around 5pm. Just in time for my ride. 👍
Love the helmet and fit. Was going to purchase online but I did not know the correct size. Glad I went into the store. Tried on a number of helmets and ended up getting one that was two sizes smaller than I originally thought. Great helmet and quality, fits perfect! Has great air flow as well, we are from Texas so it gets hot!

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
