My helmet was delivered to the store. I went to pick it up, tried it on, and I really didn't like the way it fit. The salesperson was very accommodating and we looked at some of the helmets. I found one fortunately that was in stock that I absolutely loved and fit well, so it was just a matter of Returning the one helmet and getting the new one. The sales person took the time to do the right thing I truly appreciate it. I am a new rider and looking forward to getting back to the store to make some purchases. Thank you.
Very good but way late delivery. Gave me a delivery date then changed that on the delivery date and then agin oon the second delivery date changed yet again.

I was in need of a new set of tires for my Sportster and while I was shopping around, Cyclegear was one of the retailers with the best prices. Luckily there's a local store in San Antonio TX and they can mount the tire on the wheel and balance it. If you buy the tires from them is cheaper. So I went ahead and ordered the tires I wanted and had them shipped to the local store, 3 days later the tires arrived and I took my set of wheels to have the tires swapped. The very next day I had my new tires mounted and balanced in my wheels ready to be installed on my bike
The staff made sure all my needs were met. When I received my product, the staff did not hesitate to help me put on my shield on my helmet. It seems small, but little help like that goes a long way.

Item was promised on Friday, but not received until Monday and appeared to be stuck at the FedEx site for several days with no updates. Riding pants came without pads or Velcro and were much lower quality than same exact pants from several years ago. Disappointed overall that manufacturer would allow riding pants with no option for padding.
After conversing with Parker, he made recommendation for pants. My size not in stock, but found alternative mesh pants online at good price. Thanks!

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
