I was looking for Metzler tires for my Ninja. I looked at the online site for Cycle Gear. They had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The delivery time was acceptable. I had the tired to my local Cycle Gear store and had them install and balance them for me.

Shop my ride on the website is incorrect about what sprocket fits my bike. The only one that it says will fit is the wrong size. The old one on it now is listed as noy fitting my bike, but clearly it does and so does any sprocket that fits the 2024 ninja 500. I drive a 2024 z500
Look around for pro taper bars for my kids dirt bike. They had the right ones and best price. Also they had the measurements I was needing for a great fit.
The helmet was too small.
No problem, stuff happens.
I opened a return request with CycleGear.
I got a quote from FedEx to return the helmet to Kentucky.
FedEx wanted $160.00 (USD) which was almost the price of the helmet.
So I am keeping the helmet and I cancelled my return request with CycleGear.
Otherwise, everything was great.
I would think twice about ever ordering apparel again.
Now I am stuck with a too small helmet.
I was shopping for discounts and found a matching set of pants to go with my heated jacket. Followed the instructions and went small and ordered them. I am a 36 x 30, normally a large. The pants came in and they fit nicely, with just enough to wear over a pair of jeans. I will probably wear them over nylon pants under my riding pants. Plugged them into the bike and they work great!

Since as long as I can remember they have been my go to for anything Motorsport related. I've been a dirt and street rider for very long and have found everything I ever need at a great price. I will be a customer for life. Can't think of any competition for cycle gear/revzilla. Best in the business by far.
I came in to San Diego location looking for new Vest. The beautiful young lady working the register helped me determine size and order since the Vest I wanted as it was not available for in-store purchase. I don't remember her name but she's beautiful, awesome and deserves a raise!
I have a local cycle gear near me that I frequent when I'm looking to spend money on my favorite hobby. I use online to get things either my nearest location doesn't have or is an online exclusive and I've never had a bad experience online or in store.
All your riding needs all in one place, been to the Woburn location many times or order online and great experience either way.
My original order was not at my residence when I arrived home from work, and you guys gladly took care of sending another replacement order out and it was received and much appreciated
I paid for overnight shipping for my order. Unfortunately the order was split into two shipments for some reason. Only the first shipment was sent "overnight" which took 7 days. The second shipment was not sent overnight, and oddly it also took 7 days. Nowhere on the website when ordering does it mention that orders may be split and that overnight shipping doesn't apply to your entire order. Overnight shipping does not appear to be a reality.
Also, one of the items I ordered was supposedly specific to my motorcycle (rather expensive upgraded footpegs), but when mounted, one of the new pegs is 3/4" higher than the other. Weird. The originals were even, and when you look at them you can see that the left and right have different mounting positions. Custom pegs should take these subtleties into account.

The manager at the Cycle Gear store in Katy, Texas is a very nice very professional and very helpful individual. He helped me placed my order on the phone because I could not get it on the Internet. It would just not work for me so he solved that problem of taking the order and sent it to my house. I am a member of Cycle Gear. Thank you very much.
I ordered an Alpinestars SM5 helmet. The price was competitive with Amazon, but cycle gear got it to me days faster. It was just in time for my ride.
I went in for a particular helmet that was not in stock or available for order. Because I am a frequent customer, and have several conversations with your staff, they were able to recommend a suitable substitute and order it for me.
Ordered brake pads and tire online. Tire was delivered to my local store. The local store mounted and balanced the tire within 24 hours as promised. Great service at Cycle Gear.
Was looking for an item that was constantly out of stock everywhere. Cycle Gear was able to order it, in the right size, direct to my home. The Gastonia staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
Before placing my order, I spoke with a Cycle Gear representative and specifically asked for the compatible base for my motorcycle. He told me I had to make some adjustments; I had to drill a hole in the plastic of the base. I wasn't convinced by the box, but due to their return policy, I can no longer return it. In other words, I'm not satisfied with Cycle Gear.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
