Klim mohab jersey is tough, breathable, and light weight. If I'm sweating and I put it on, once the air hits it I acutely get chills from the air moving through the jersey. I bought a 3xl, a size up. Lots of extra room. I'm 6'2' and weigh 225

Had to bring the tire back to the cycle gear because of a mistake with mounting. Took two unplanned hours out of my Sunday. Ended up being a faulty valve stem install.

Tire changes should not take over 24hrs. I was told to have it there before 3pm and it would be changed. I called to check on it and was told that the person that did tire changes didn't have the time or inclination to doing it that night.

I installed this windscreen, and then rode 20 miles on the Highway.
There is a weird wind turbulence directed right at my helmet, I'm 6'3" and it causes the helmet to shudder rapidly, which meals my glasses shudder, and makes blurred vision.
I had to go back to the original wind screen.
If you were glasses in your helmet, this may not be what you want. However, this wind screen does black the wind for the chest and neck, and your not fighting the wind, just doesn't help if you where prescription glasses in your helmet.
Cycle gear did not have the visor I needed for my helmet in store but the store rep ordered it for me online and had it shipped in 3 days. Great Team, Great Service.
Needed a new rear tire and wanted to get it mounted before I left town on a trip. Wasn't taking the bike but wanted it ready when I got back.
Tire showed and was able to get it mounted the next day.

Online service was responsive and easy. The store we went to had in stock but not in the carbon fiber. We tried them on and discovered the size we needed but also could not get the 10% discount unless we ordered online. They are tighter than what was in the store but I guess they need to be broken in.
Nice equipment. Seems well made. I should have heeded the comments on sizing. Most everything I own is XL. I should have ordered XXL. Hope I can exchange without issue.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
