Not only did it get here fast, but this helmet is so comfortable, smooth, noise cancelling, and an all around amazing helmet. Can't wait to put a Bluetooth in it!
In this day and age, I am baffled it took so long for my online order to be processed and shipped. While I did place the order on a Sunday (7/27/25), it took 2 days to show processed. It then took 6 business days to be shipped. It finally arrived on 8/7, that's a total of 10 days from date of order. Mind you I lived in Southern California and the fulfillment center for Comoto (the owner now of Cycle Gear). The actual ship time was just two days, as it should be with FedEx. You guys really need to trim down your processing time. And your system needs to better communicate when in-process. In the day of Amazon and efficient eBay sellers, You have to keep up. Because in the end, the savings did not make up for the 90's era 'shipping & handling' time.

Great experience to try multiple helmets to compare fit. Is a pain to but a good looking helmet just to find out that the fit is not right.
Klim mohab jersey is tough, breathable, and light weight. If I'm sweating and I put it on, once the air hits it I acutely get chills from the air moving through the jersey. I bought a 3xl, a size up. Lots of extra room. I'm 6'2' and weigh 225

Tire changes should not take over 24hrs. I was told to have it there before 3pm and it would be changed. I called to check on it and was told that the person that did tire changes didn't have the time or inclination to doing it that night.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
