The employees at this store in Hayward were really helpful and answered a lot of my questions. Being from someone that is trying to get into the motorcycle riding and trying to have the right gear. My visit from the Dublin store was not a good experience and i just left

Everything came through fine and in a timely manner. It was weird to not see a tracking number or "Your item has been shipped" email. Would have liked either since no estimated delivery date was given.

Plus discounts and payback programs like RPM help to cover additional costs such as mounting and accessories like metal valve stems. Very happy with the service.
