I had no idea the Sedici Strada 3 was a brand new product. I had no idea because the floor associate never mentioned it; the only thing that mattered was finding me the right helmet within budget. I tried on several, in several sizes, and that was the one that won out. It wasn't until I looked online while tracking my order that I realized it's a brand new model -- and it's a great one, at that!
Tires were awful old and looked like they were stored outside shipping box was destroyed and customer service was bad
The young lady that helped us with the fitting of my husband's helmet was amazing. She had him try on a couple of helmets and he decided which one he liked. She ordered it for us because He wanted white to match our Spyder. No pressure. She was great!

Went in to consider an upgrade on tires for my bike. Drew listened to come concerns and made several recommendations, which led to purchase.
First time visiting Cycle Gear in KOP and I had ordered a pair of Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires which were shipped to store within 3 days. After receiving notification that my tires arrived, I brought my wheels in which was on the nicest day we've had thus far. Knowing I wanted to ride that day, they installed my new tires while I waited in approx 20 minutes which was phenomenal! I definitely will be purchasing all of my tires at Cycle Gear from here on out!

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
