I ordered boots from a different site and when they arrived they were different sizes and not of good quality at all. I couldn't even fit them! But Cycle Gear delivered exactly what I ordered at the time they said and the quality was definitely a lot better. I just recommend getting a size up from your true size to have a little wiggle room for your toes. That's what I did and it makes them very comfortable to walk in when I get off my bike to pump gas.
The store rep was super helpful and friendly. Did not have the battery I needed on the shelf. Battery shipped minus full tube and acid so I had to pay additional to have it filled. Did not bring it back as I had already lost a week waiting for it to arrive.
The web site is easy to navigate and locate specific items. Shipping was fast although I did have a 3-day delay with the post office for some reason.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
