I wanted to make sure the items I was looking for were not in store, the sales help in store helped guide me to choose the perfect warming items for riding on chilly days. I was then lucky enough to find great items for me on sale. After reassurance that if the items did not suit I could return them to the store I ordered online. Everything works as I expected, and does the job intended. I can ride in 40 degree weather without freezing. Thanks CycleGear.

I was looking for a new helmet, but wasn't sure what brand. The sales person showed me a variety and was very detailed with the safety features of all helmets shown. They didn't have the color I wanted in my size so the sales person helped me order it on line. From the time I ordered to receipt was quick and the team also ensured that it fit correctly and I liked it as well as attaching the new Bluetooth I purchased as well

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
