I'm just getting into riding and I went in person to the I-65 service rd location and the staff there really helped me out by guiding me to what I need within my budget
The customer service was absolutely fantastic, very helpful staff
Delivery - CG shipped a pair of tires separately. Only 1 showed up. CG sent a replacement and original tire showed up. Had to return the extra tire.
Installation - CG could not mount the rear tire. Finally decided the tire was defective. Had to return the tire & buy a new tire, but they could not honor the original price. Has to go online to Customer Service.
The employees at the Madison Wisconsin store are great. Especially Javier the manager.

I am looking for a hi-vis helmet. The rear of this helmet is grey camouflage, kind defeats the purpose. I want to avoid collisions from all sides- I am returning. The fit was great but safety is my #1 concern.
