Arrived 15 minutes before closing. On a Saturday. Both guys working were very helpful and did not not rush me, they made sure I tried on each suggested helmet. I needed to find a quad lock case for my Samsung 22 ultra. I was able to get it online, deliver it to the store and get everything else all in less than a week. Love the store and the guys who work there. They are knowledgeable and helped with accessories from quad lock that would work with my bike.

The whole store in Rancho Cordova was great, and super helpful with ordering the larger tires size for my daughter's honda navi. They researched a larger size tire before I made it to the store. I was then able to place my order for delivery to my home. Really appreciate everyone at cycle gear, thank you again for the help.

Good staff at the store--knew his stuff There was a vest I could try on for size, but it was black, and I wanted hi-viz so it was ordered. Came in quickly with no problem. Who knows? The airbag may save my neck--literally.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
