I've been using a medium sized Shoei Neo Cortex 2 for years and after 45 minutes my head would just start to kill me. I finally bit the bullet and ordered a new large. The helmet arrived in the right specification in less than a week. Heart to report the head pain with a large is non-existent!

I ordered a front tire at the local Cycle Gear in Alpharetta at a competitive comparable price. A few days later, immediately after the arrival confirmation email was sent, they reached out to me first about the tire delivery before I couldn't get to my phone to call them quick enough. I dropped off my wheel and they informed me that, though they had a lot of wheels waiting to get tires mounted, that they would do their best to get it completed same day. Sure enough a few hours later, they called to confirm completion. When picking up the tire I took some time to check out some of the great gear they had in stock and a team member was there to assist with questions, but not overly hovering as to push a purchase like a pesky salesman. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, engaged and enthusiastic, and a clearly fellow motorcyclists. It was overall a refreshing experience that will result in my return business and recommendations to any and all who ask about bike tires, gear or accessories. If you are mechanically capable enough in removing your own wheel to get a tire professionally mounted/balanced, this is the best value/quality option out there.

I received the helmet I ordered timely. Unfortunately, the helmet was too small so I had to return it. It was a different brand than I have bought in the past and that was the reason it was too small, Cycle Gear didn't have Large so I am getting a credit.

I don't believe it is any fault of Cycle Gear. The staff were amazing and kind. But the device seemed to have come faulty and I do wish to refund it.

Tires were delivered in 2 business days. Well packaged. Also the tire installation service was great at my local CG store in bear DE.
