Very satisfied with cycle gear, owning a Harley I never thought of going to this company. Bought tires during their promotional period. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to receive them. Drop them off on Saturday. Pick them up on Sunday very satisfied with cycle gear.
Starting off, I'm guessing my complaint rests with the fast shipping logistics used by this company. I'm sure most of the time it works out in a net positive, but in my experience I tried to cancel my order within about an hour after placing it... But was told cancellation was not possible and I would have to return it once it arrived. I can't imagine shipping a tire is overly cheap and I'm sure this is not the most efficient way to do this. Even still, customer service was friendly and the return process at my local cycle gear was easy once I finally made it there.

My research pointed me to the D30 ghost armor and Cycle Gear had them on sale. They fit perfectly into my Cortech pants. It is amazing that you simply do not notice them while wearing them.

My wife and I have been wearing Arai helmets for quite a few years but are getting hard to find now. Salesman Ty located and procured the helmets we were looking for. Believe it or not - when they came in they fit well.
The store is well laid out and organized. RJ and Howard helped me select the best helmets and riding jackets for me and my wife. We both left with big smiles.
Rep was very helpful in finding what I need and proved very knowledgeable.
