I ordered a Schuberth C5 helmet from the store in Schaumberg. Jon was very helpful and pleasant. I received the helmet a few days later, but it wasn't in the shape I was expecting. After watching unboxing videos I knew the helmet I received wasn't in the original packaging. The box was in terrible shape, there was no internal packing, manual or warranty card. A screw fell out of the helmet bag and the liner was not attached in one location. I attempted to get satisfaction over the telephone from CycleGear, and the person who responded seemed very concerned, but I didn't hear back for two days. So I returned it to the Schaumberg store. I was leaving on a trip soon and wanted the helmet for the trip. Jon took care of it with apologies. I did receive the helmet, with all the packing and paperwork, two days before I was to leave, but decided not to try to get used to a new helmet on the road.

I'm about 5'2 150 and I ordered a man's medium. It fits pretty well. The only thing I had an issue with is because I'm short when writing I felt like the back protector was jabbing into the back of my neck so I had to loosen some straps and it got a little bit better maybe I'll have to wear it more to break it in but overall I like it a lot. It is very lightweight, good for the summer

My wife told me the return policy can be sketchy for gear if they suspect you've worn it on a ride. I therefore ordered it shipped to the store to avoid any suspicion thereof. When I tried on the medium, I felt like it was too big at the store, but wanted to try it on with another layer at home. It was too big, so I ordered the small and shipped it to the store again. I brought the medium back two days later, and they took it right away without question. The small showed up and I'm very happy with it.

The tires arrived fast, and the team at Cycle Gear in Brookfield, Wi are always very helpful and friendly.

Tiny paint chip on one of the boot buckles, no harm though, the boots will get beat up over time

These boots are what I was looking for before I regrettably ordered Under Armour that are big, square, and clunky. These are trim and sleek, but protective.

Even thought I did not buy my Sena fork Cycle gear, the staff installed it into my new helmet. It saved me a ot of time and aggrevation..

Shipping was decent and helmet was in new condition. The return process is slow and you have to pay shipping back. Takes weeks to get your money back.

They were great. As soon as the product came in the door we were able to get it no dilly dallying around at all. They were also very friendly in the store. Awesome experience!

Some items I had ordered were not available, Cycle Gear Customer Support contacted me of situation, apologised and gave me a refund and some extra credit for my troubles. That's how business should be run.

I have not had a chance to wear the helmet all day yet, but so far, I love the look and it is lightweight. Everything with the purchasing and shipping process went well and was timely.

Not enough women options and everything sells out quick, also not all women want pink.
