Employee that helped me was great, knowledgeable but the quad mount charging attachment product already broke after couple times being used. Brought back instead of offering to switch out the guy wanted to run a bunch of tests on bike.
I ordered my boots on May 13 and didn't receive until May 23. Supposed to be 2 day shipping with RPM membership. Cyclegear picked the USPS for the delivery. It appeared Cyclegear shipped the items with a day; however, the USPS took 9 days to deliver from Las Vegas according to the tracking. Amazon meets their time commitments on shipping. Why can't Cyclegear?
Order arrived quickly. Correct item and size was delivered without damage.
Loved the helmet and Bluetooth is not as bad as the reviews say
Convenient, professional, good business practices. Great experience all the time I go there.
Great experience with the staff at cycle gear. They are always helpful and super nice. Amazing experience
Ordered mirrors, expected them to be here within 2 weeks. Only took two days. Unfortunately I think I'm going to try to return the product because the mirrors don't look right on my bike.
Ordered brake parts. One ended up not fitting. Returned myself. No issues with the return. Overall good experience.
The process was easy and arrived in three days after ordering
The staff is experienced and provides knowledgeable feedback on the products that they carry
I went to order a helmet online for my son and waited because I received a flyer in the mail saying premium helmets would be on sale in 2 or 3 days. The flier actually pictured and named the helmet I was going to get him. I called one of your stores that same day and they confirmed the helmet would be on sale if I waited. The morning of the sale I went online and it did not show the helmet on sale. I called a store again and they said I needed to call customer service because they didn't see it. Customer service said that the helmet was nowhere in their system as being on sale and assured me the helmet was not one of the sale helmets. I waited for nothing, and then proceeded to order online anyways and paid for next day shipping and didn't receive it anywhere close to next day. I think he received it 3 or 4 days later. The whole experience seems like everything advertised was just to get me in. My son is very happy with the helmet overall just getting there wasn't the fun exciting experience it should have been.
Experienced rider who needed a new helmet before a long weekend ride. Came in the Tuesday before knowing the helmet i wanted but unsure about the size. Simba provided awesome customer service. He got me sized properly. Helped me order the exact helmet I wanted at the best price possible. Simba even went the extra step of calling to ensure I would receive the helmet in time for the ride. I could not be happier with my experience.
Placing the order at the Edison store was fast and simple. Product was delivered just 2 days later.
Great experience easy to order just what I was looking and great price
Great customer service and always have what I'm needing if not the order is taken and delivered on time as promised
Tudo dentro do esperado. Nada a reclamar. Boa variedade de produtos. Parabéns!
It really is as simple as selecting your item, buy it, ship it, pick it up at your local store. Emails keep you appraised of the progress of your shipment and delivery. Just easy. As it should be.
Absolutely loved the SMS link to the closeout as well as the additional promo code. Very grateful and satisfied with this experience.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
