Good quality and durability products and I enjoy the emails highlighting new products and sales
Quick and easy shopping. Fast delivery of online purchases
Arrived quickly to store notified promptly excellent customer service by local representative
Quick, fast, easy right to my doorstep at a great cost. Who could ask for anything more.
It was hard to search for specific parts for my KTM 1290R, I was trying to locate a swingarm chain guard pretty standard OEM maintenance item, but couldn't find it and gave up...
Great experience over all. The employees there are extremely helpful.
Love my new helmet, but the sun visor wasn't tracking correctly right out of the box. I took it to the local store (Orange, CT). They fixed it right away and also addressed some of my concerns with size (they confirmed I had the right size after one size larger was too big).
Everyone was very helpful and ordered my comms system and installed it once it came in.
Nice, sturdy quality construction. On the tight side but Im guessing thats part of the design for when your on your steel horse.
I needed a Pinlock visor to stop my visor from fogging at stop lights etc. It was easy to get the Pinlock visor for my helmet and my fogging issues are gone. Even with 90 to 100% humidity, no fog. Love the Pinlock system.
Letting everyone know that this tire was ordered for a friend's scooter bike. It arrived from CycleGear
As predicted and although not as yet on the scooter, the tire is smiling and so happy to be in California.
Thank You...
I've never had any issues with Cycle Gear. Stores are located everywhere
I love CycleGear, I'm still fairly new to riding and they made my transition incredibly easy. Their member discounts and incredible customer service has given me a lot of confidence as a rider.
Always have best service by staff. Always patient and helpful. Thank you Sean and Shannon!
After reading the reviews in several places I decided on Cardo and CycleGear due to both companies reputation for quality and reliability. Bike has been in the shop since I installed, looking forward to seeing how the Edge performs on the road!
The sales associate took his time to answer all of my questions and helped me try on products from both the shelves as well as getting gear from the back storage. I didn't feel rushed and he was proactive with his interactions - he didn't just sit there and wait for me to ask a question, he would volunteer up information that he thought would help. In the end I felt confident with the product I bought because of his input.
Fit is great and looks awesome! The goggles are a perfect fit!
The guys at maple grove were super helpful! Just didn't have my size & preferred color in store or online, so I upgraded to a little more expensive helmet. It's my fault for not buying one in time for my basic riders course, but I was told that the two day shopping would get my helmet to me in time. It didn't come until the day after my course; which was a little frustrating.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
