When and picked up my helmet 2 days after I ordered my cardo wasn't arriving till the next day and store happily replace mine with one in store so I didn't have to come and get it the next day
The reviews are very helpful with sizing etc. Also: Taxation is Theft
I have always received great service. The sales staff is very knowledgeable on the products. If they don't know the answer they find the answer to make your shopping experience more enjoyable.
It was a great experience and I am difficult with my purchase
Ron, Larry, and Aaron all did a wonderful job helping me find the right lid. Thanks, y'all.
After looking for the tire I wanted I checked my local CycleGear to see if they had it in stock. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it and had it 4 days later. I took my wheel in and they mounted, balanced and replaced the valve in less than 2 hours. The staff was courteous and helpful. 10/10
I found the exact item I was looking for in the size/color I wanted. The price was very good and I am pleased with the shipping.
Walked in looking for a new helmet and got helped right away. Found the perfect helmet for me and it didn't even take that long.
The delivery arrived on time and it was great. Nothing was damaged
When my order was placed, I was told that it was on 2-day shipping. When I showed up on day it was supposed to have arrived my order didn't. I waited a day and called and was told that some shipments had come in but they were unsure if my product had arrived. Because I really needed the bag for a ride I had planned I showed up at the store. My bag was finally found.
Have been looking for a on road/off-road motorcycle boot that is quick and easy to put on, and also fits my wide feet. I've only worn these a few times, but they seem to be fitting the bill. Quality looks to be good so far. The only disappointment with this product is that there is no shifter pad. The black rubber is wearing off on my grey colored boot top. Not a deal breaker, but you would think a designated motorcycle boot would have a reinforced shifter pad of some sort.
Better fit and feels lighter than x14. Better airflow however is a little louder. Happy with the purchase.
Walked in looking for a tire, they didn't have it so the employee made an online order for me did everything properly, professionally and right. Great costumer service. Package got here a week maybe a week n a half late. No damage but could use some wrapping, it's two tires zip tied. But over all great experience for buying my first set of tires.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
