Before I ordered, I checked with the store to make sure they could install the Mousse tube. When I went to drop off my wheel for installation they informed me that they couldn't install it and don't offer this service. Now I had to scramble and find another shop to install it.

I ordered something and it arrived undamaged and it was what I ordered.
Ordered 4 items total. Three arrived in perfect condition, but received one (Quad Lock Stem Mount) that had a damaged box and was missing crucial parts. The rest of the order was just a dampener and a phone case to use with the mount so it made my entire order pretty much useless. Terrible experience overall.

I have an AGV sport modular helmet and somehow ordered an incompatible face shield so I had to sent it back.
I placed my order with 2 day shipping that I pay $60 a year for. A week later, still nothing. Chat gets me nowhere. So finally I call in, sit on hold and finally talk to someone who says, "oops, not sure why that did not ship. You can cancel the order and re-enter it." I ask her if she can't do that and after a minute, she says she can. GREAT! Then a little while later I get an email that the replacement order was canceled because there was no stock. So now I have to get online and look for a replacement inner tube. Maybe the system could have supplied some options so I did not have to look everything up again?

Online experience was normal, shipping was very quick. Only thing I wish is an employee created my account for me to order something not in store and I missed out on a 10% off coupon
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
