The ordering process was easy. The delivery was on time. The HJC Smart HJC 50B worked well and was easy to install.

I did a test drive after installing the intercom system. No issues, however over about 50 mph it is hard to hear the music or instructions due to wind noise.

I would recommend that you research and make sure the intercom system you're buying fits the helmet you have. The intercom I bought is made by the same company as the helmet, so there was no issues.

Ordered riding pants only and they were too big. I called local store and they exchanged them for correct size.

Ordered a jacket and shoes at a shop to be delivered to the shop. When I went to pick up, I decided to return the jacket and that was done with no hassle at all. Great service.

Needed new tires for my Harley Deuce cycle gear told me no problem they can help me find the ones I like if I wanted them installed I would have to remove the tires and bring them in as they do not remove rims tires from bike. They checked my sizes one online and help me pick some that match my bike. The tires I ordered came in a day early and they were put on and ready to go the very next day I picked them up about noon had them on my bike within a couple hours and wow what a difference I'm so glad I went to them and they helped me pick out a nice set of tires that are very smooth and look awesome on my bike. I previously had to get a helmet and they help me with the sizing and help me pick out a style that fit my kind of riding. Very helpful staff will be going back or any other parts I need if they don't have it they said they can find it for me thanks for helpful staff will be shopping with them again

I bought a new Nexx helmet with 3/4 face shield and another sun shield that pulls down. It is light and allows lots of air circulation for the hot summer months.

Product as expected. Order came quickly! Quality product.
