Came on time and didn't have any issues. I originally ordered another exhaust from a different company and they ended up not having the exhaust I wanted and didn't refund my money immediately, so making my process of purchasing new exhaust be even longer, so I was very happy with a cycle gear.
This is my Go-To shop! Staff is super cool and knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful. I've always found what I came in for. I've ordered some specialty items online that were shipped directly to my house. Communication, shipping and tracking were spot-on!

This was my first modular helmet purchase and the store rep suggested I keep the helmet on for 15 minutes to be sure it was the correct size. Apparently I'm right in the middle between Medium and Large. Good thing she did because it didn't take long for the headache to come. Different brands fit our heads differently.
The helmet in the color and size I wanted were not in stock at my local store, but they ordered it and when it came in even transferred my Cardo for me. I am so pleased with the customer service!
FedEx took longer than I would've liked to deliver. Not cyclegears fault. They couldn't find my address, called they verified the address was correct. Then they delivered it to the dollar store after I asked them not to.
Frank ordered the communication system and installed it in my helmet for me. Great customer service
I thought i bought the monoke adapter plate for the box to sit on the bike. I actually bought the mounting kit for the monoke plate for the box. There is one small "please note" at the bottom of the page saying I also need to order the monoke plate. The adapter kit shows mostly the monoke adapter plate and 1 little sliver of the mounting kit under it. First time purchasing a givi top box, so it was shocking to order what i thought was the monoke plate and received the mounting kit. Then had to pony up more money for the monoke plate. Oh well. It all worked out gradually. Maybe a picture of the actual adapter kit instead of just the plate for idiots like me.

Awesome as always. I never have any issues when buying from Cycle Gear and they are easy to work with. I sent back a helmet 3 times until i got the size right and the shipping was fast and easy. Pickup was simple and they are always friendly and willing to help
I dont buy everything from Cycle Gear but have never been disappointed. The shipping and customer service are unmatched, especially when you have the RPM membership which I think is worth it for any rider, especially in a household with multiple bikes and riders!
Being an RPM member has paid dividends for me, even not being a huge purchaser. Worth it. Easy on line shopping and free shipping over $50 is great.
I was looking for a solid set of tire spoons to change street bike tires. Cycle Gear had just what I needed, the website was simple to navigate, and shipping was prompt.
The order was delivered as expected, quick & accurate. Good quality pants and tie downs will be adequate for my needs.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
