I am happy with the order that I made. They kept me in contact with my order and let me know when it was gonna be delivered and when the delivery came, they text my phone and let me know that my delivery was at my house. I am 100% satisfied

I ordered a new front Rosso III tire for my Diavel. I had it shipped to the store only because I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting an old tire (an old new tire). I got a great price on the tire and had no issues getting it shipped to my local CycleGear store. The delivery didn't take very long, like a week or a week and a half. I went down to pick up the tire and checked the manufacturing date on it (2824), which means it was manufactured on week 28 of 2024. Week 28 is the second week in July of 2024. So the tire is roughly a little over 7 months old, which is great. I didn't want to get a new tire that was manufactured two or three years ago. Overall, I had a great experience with Cycle Gear; the price, the shipping time, and the product were everything I expected it to be.

The guys a Cycle Gear were great! Just wished that they had the helmet in stock to try on. I am really not a fan of buying something you can't try on. I did try a different Shoei and they said it would fit the same and it did. Love the new J Cruise! Thank you Allentown Cycle Gear!

I'm 5'10", but have long legs and the 32" waist (long) fits perfectly. When I'm in the riding position, I don't like to have my boots half exposed to the elements (e.g., rain, dirt, etc.). The longer pants were just the ticket!

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
