I have been in to the Rogers, AR. Location of Cycle Gear several times and not once have I felt neglected or ignored. Every time I'm in, they are very informative and attentive. They seem genuinely interested in getting me the proper and quality riding gear I need, when I need it.

I was able to locate the exact item i needed, compare it with other similar items, and purchase it in moments. Cyclegear kept me informed during the entire process. Two days later the item arrived, on my doorstep, with a notification and picture.

I was looking for new tires for my Kawasaki KLR650. This is my 1st dual sport bike. The people at my local CycleGear location were very helpful in showing me different options and helping me pick the right tires for the kid of riding I plan to do. I ordered the tires and they arrived in just a few days. I brought my wheels in and CycleGear mounted and balanced the new tires the same day with no problems. They did a great job and I will shop there again for all my bike needs.

Size I needed was not in stock locally. Shipping took almost 2 weeks to get from Las Vegas to Chicago. FedEx isn't the fastest way to go.

This produce was what I was looking for. It beat the competitors price and was delivered in three days.

Item was mailed next day but took 8 days total. Return due to wrong size was easy at local store. Will order next size down and waiting another 8+ days as I see it was not sent out yet.
I guess for free shipping you get that you get but a $500 pair of pants in a shoe box should not take this long.
