Super easy transaction fast shipping and they took care of me with no problem at all I was in and out
Didn't have what I wanted in store. Ordered it came quickly.
I purchased a helmet and right away decided that it was not the right one for me. I am in the middle of the return process and it is going very well.
My helmet and shield shipped separately but both arrived 2 days after shipping. Super happy with my order
I love coming in there. Everyone is so helpful.
Ryan always goes out of his way
Love this store
These guys are enthusiastic and helpful. Well managed store
Easy to navigate CycleGear website to find what's available and to purchase.
Simple, quick transaction. Was able to use the supplied tutorials to properly fit my new Arai helmet
Although I was glad for the help in installing the unit on the helmet. I wasn't pleased that I did not get all the paperwork that comes in the box, especially the manual, on how to operate it, fully.
After I got my tires I dropped off my tires to get mounted and they didn't tell me at the time they couldn't do them and waited till I came back that afternoon to see what they were done to tell me they couldn't mount them. When we're leaving the store, my wife stepped out and almost got run into by a young person on the bike. Zooming up the sidewalk right in front of the door where pedestrians walk in and out of. He then proceeded to aggressively throttle. His motorcycle sending his ear piercing sound throughout the small area where the store is located. This is not the first time I've run into this issue where I've gone there and had someone outside who is either working at the store or as friends. Are the person working at the store aggressively throttling their bike making a bunch of noise and just being immature.
Great product it took a while to arrive, hope the net thing I buy could arrive faster
Cool store! Great experience from beginning to end! Will shop here again!
Not only was the I store experience above expectations with help and knowledge, they made sure my safety and overall best experience when riding was in mind. Online shopping was a breeze and any questions I had was answered with just a call, 10/10 recommend.
Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, courteous and made sure my needs were met. A great staff.
Item as described no issues thus far. Material used for product is of good quality
Very straightforward and easy process. Product arrived exactly when estimated!
Delivery time was almost 7 days when it said that it will take 24 hours for the store shipment
One of the best shop, good service and delivery service totally efficient
Went in store. They ordered tube for me. Next weekend it arrived. I go into store and they said they don't install on street bikes. Why didn't they tell me when they ordered it?
I went to my local store and tried to make an order, cards were rejected. Went to gas station and shopped at different stores, cards worked fine. Tried to buy online and couldn't get shipping address to go to my store. Had to start over. Finally i was able to get the store as the shipping address and the same card your store rejected works fine online. I guess i'm now all cash at your stores now, i wonder if i pay cash at the store and have to return the product will i get my cash back or do i need to go through some BS and give you a card number anyway; to receive reimbursement on a card your store says doesn't work.
Thanks for making this possible, always have what's needed
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
