The crash helmet I have purchased was great, I am glad I drove to the store to try it on as I needed a size way larger than their instructions. The phone holder and bracket are cool. The packaging was very cool but I could have saved the cost of COOL PACKAGING for value. They are a California company so I get that cool packaging was probably important to someone lacking common sense.

I got a size 40 but should have gone up a size as it's a little snug. I'm typically a medium in shirt sized. Love the jacket though and have already gotten compliments on it!

I purchased a panda moto UH 03 shirt. It came with 3 out of the 4 pads (this is why 4/5 stars). I contacted customer service and they sent me 2 other pads that were not panda moto pads as they did not have them in stock. But the new pads came quick and fit.

Went in to purchase a helmet. Sales associate was pretty knowledgeable about the product but not the different discounts, which I didn't realize I didn't get them all till I got home.

My wife ordered an alpinestars jacket and loves it. Make sure you consider that a-stars is an Italian company and therefore seems to size things small. I ordered a jacket from them and had to return it to size up. I'm not fat by any means or jacked. But my forearms were too constricted in a medium sized jacket and so I sized up to a large. Other than that, the quality is exceptional and the customer service is easy

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
