As far as actually ordering and receiving my order from cycle gearit was great. The only gripe i have with my overall experience is that I wanted a specific item but I never seemed to find it readily available in my size. I could find several open boxes and other colors and models but it was really hard to find the size I needed. I pretty much had to stalk the website to make sure it was still available until I could purchase it.
I called and ask about having my tires mounted,
I ordered my tires from cycle gear and they were delivered. We live 75 miles away so when my wife took the wheels in, we expected to make another trip to pick them up. When they figured out that we live in another area they made every effort to get them done that day
While she was running errands. Within a short time they called her and had the tires mounted and balanced and ready for pickup.
Awesome Crew
The $30 vs $60 mounting fee made the difference in buying two tires. However, I was shopping RevZilla and J&P too, and found out at my local Cycle Gear, they have the same Owenership. Why have three sites?
Needed a pinlock. People up front helped me find one for my helmet and looked it up online. Sent it to my apartment.

The Cardo 2nd helmet kit is very easy to install in a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet. It just takes some time to get everything wired up neatly. Audio quality from the JBL speakers is fantastic and microphone audio is excellent.
I placed the order and my order not only shipped out the same day, but I received my item the very next day (Business Day).
