Always have a great experience at CVS. The staff are always happy and helpful. They also have great deals and discounts.
So I went to the CVS that I usually go to because they were in my app offering free FIRST AID KITS and of course I went to get my today and they were out. Why offer it? Terrible offers! CVS is going downhill.
Noman kader is the best and he working good is a manager you're the best location to CVS
Pay him more money.
HUGE MISTAKE TO GET VACCINES AT CVS PHARMACY on 3949 SW 8TH STREET. MIAMI, FL ******* (STORE #*******) inside a NAVARRO DISCOUNT PHARMACY. THE
COUNTERS & FLOORS WERE FILTHY. The COVID-19 PROCEDURES VERE NEGLIGENT. THE NICARAGUAN FEMALE DOCTOR ON DUTY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & IN A HURRY TO GO HOME. THE TWO DIFFERENT INJECTIONS SHE GAVE ME WERE RUSHED & CARELESS. MY ARMS WERE VERY SORE FOR DAYS AFTERWARDS. SAD!
My husband had a script that was sent to Walmart in Jackson, Mo. They screwed it up and the doctor sent it to CVS. We thought it was the one on Siemers in Cape but we were wrong. The people that work in the Siemers pharmacy were very kind and fixed the problem so efficiently. We will now switch pharmacies. Walmart made everything so hard. We now see that it doesn't have to be.
Thanks so much

CVS what a joke for upper management. I scheduled an appointment online to take a covid 19 test at 6401 Precinct Line Road in Hurst, Tx. I am a VA which they take, I took the test and then was told to wait for the nurse to give me my results. I waited about 5 minutes and she took me to the back and started asking me alot of question and took my blood pressure and it did not seem right. She ask me to wait and she printed out my bill and they charged me for a assessment charges $99.00 and another $120.00 for the covid test. The covid test I agreed to but not the assessment. The nurse stated that it was a requirement when taking the covid test by the VA. So I called the VA and they stated that was not ture. I disputed the charges and they has some manage call me and she was a joke how did she get that job. They only care about how much money they can get from you, since the gov'tment is not paying for the covid test anymore. The manage stated that it is there new policy now as of April that all covid test requires this assessment for $99.00. I can not trust what CVS tells me now because someone is lying but they are not going to admit to it. My family and I will never use CVS again for anything.
If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
I called needing to speak with Pharmacist. Waited for 7 minutes on hold. Pharmacist picked up the phone and said we are closing call back tomorrow.
This is not the first problem I have had with them. Boycott them. I am will not do anything with them!
Very unpleasant experience from staff never shopping there again. They told me only 2 coupons allowed and made me go to very back of line to finish my order.
I have been trying to speak to someone who could handle a problem, and was transferred 4 times and all they could do was keep going back to the same dept. that I began with. The company only worries about one thing--HOW CAN WE STOP LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER, I KNOW, IF WE KEEP TRANSFERRING HIM FROM PLACE TO PLACE.
CVS is the worst Pharmacy in the city. This CVS is on Grand Street in New York City and it looks like they hire the worst people they can find. And the place could be packed with people and everybody ignores you and they take lunch at the same time that is the stupidest thing any company could do.
The help does not listen to the customer, therefore the order ends of being wrong! That was when they had help! Drive thru was shut down the other day due to having 1 pharmacist and 1 employee. I was on hold 20 minutes today. Why is there no help in this store? I would think that a district manager would have to be there helping if they don't have enough help. My aunt transferred all her scripts to another store. My next round of scripts will be going to another pharmacy also. Hmmmmm... get help in there, or lose business?... hmmmm... When they suffer a big loss, maybe they will get enough help.
The only stress in my life is going to cvs pharmacy for real I never shop in there way overpriced I only use the pharmacy and I'm so fed up I'm looking for other alternatives. They don't answer the phone it takes 20 minutes to get to my turn window or going inside I deal with the cvs in millerton ny but I'm sure there all the same everyware. I have called head otters 2 x and they just don't even call back I bet I could do a better job than the CEO I can only hope they go out of business. I feel bad for the 2 people running the whole pharmacy they mean well but only have 2 hands.the reason why there so understaff is because they lie to new employees about the hours there going to give them when they can't get the hours they quit so it's all about being cheap on there behalf they don't want to pay anybody decently, or give them enough hours.my prescriptions are going to be returned because o just can't get the stamina to go and get them. The stress the wait and feeling sorry for the few people who do work there they get attitudes they get yelled at there at wits end trying to hold it together. While the ceo doesn't return calls is probably on some beach with all the money she makes and does so poorly at her job. Please close down the cvs and go back to rite aids. I hope people are reading this truth and looking for other alternatives. Thank you from susan mcgarry
I had my covid test done at CVS.
They advertise results in 24-48 hours.
It's been over 48hrs and no test results provided.
I won't do business with them again.
They have screwed up so many times with me and trying to get in touch with them is a joke! Told them the website isnt letting me put a message to them and they respond with, message us on our website! They dont even read what the customers are telling them! They send me an email telling me to call them (not a direct #, just the sit on hold forever number) because they do not have my ph#! This is part of the issue! They absolutely have my ph# since they used to call me once a month. Tried to contact thru facebook for corp # and they say the same crap, call the 800 # For a medical company, its scary how unprofessional and uncaring this company is.
I hate the new CVS self serv checkout. I've been in multiple stores & while the cashier is stocking shelves has yelled "self service is available"! What she's really saying is 'don't disrupt me, I'm busy'
If I wanted to check myself out-I'd apply for a job.
Good thing Walgreens is on the other corner. That's where I'll be.
I didn't add a proof of purchase because I had driven my 90 year old mom there to pick up a script. She doesn't know how to self check.
There is never a time that I walk into their pharmacy and they have 7 or more people working the pharmacy but no one helping the customers. You can never think you can get in and get out. It has always taken a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up any of my prescriptions. There is never a time I can go in there and someone is not shouting or fighting with them because they have stood in line for over 20 minutes and still are not being helped. They do not run their pharmacies correctly and do not prioritize people's time. They are rude and don't think that the drive through is any better, you can be the only car there and wait 15-20 minutes after pressing the call button. I have called the store and been put on hold for 40 minutes. They are the worst.
Several months ago I went to pick up my prescription that was on auto refill and when I got home I found out that it was a 30 day supply. I have been on the same prescription for over 20 years and I have always asked only one thing. Make it a 90 day supply. The Pharmacist stated that my prescription expired. They have my Doctors name and number and I assume they know the expiration date. I would imagine that with the technology available today and with some decent employees you could handle this. They stated they would contact my doctor. I never heard back. Same employees, same Pharmacist. I finally made an appointment to see my doctor to get a new prescription and finally got it sent in and went to pick up after I have been contacted to pick up. Another 30 day supply. Same employees, same Pharmacist. I had the same conversation I always have with them and thought it might be straightened out. I got a text early this week that my prescription was ready to pick up. Mind you I have two prescriptions and they have never been able to coordinate them even when I do without so I can get them filled together. I go to pick up my one prescription and I am told she can not give to me till tomorrow. Why text me to come pick up if you can't give it to me. This is the stupidest thing CVS has done to me. You would think with capable employees and the right technology you could handle this. It is certainly not rocket science. It does not matter what city I am in or town or state, CVS is the same anywhere I have been. I am done with CVS and you can now call me a Walgreens Customer.
Made an appointment at CVS in Lincoln for a Booster shot. They canceled 30 minutes before appointment. I was told my someone at CVS in CF, that since I had appointment that was canceled, I could come in after 6:30. When I arrived at CVS in CF, I was told by Molly that I needed to make an appointment. I explained that I called earlier and was told I could walk if after 6:30 for a shot. She didn't care, I tried to make an appointment and none were available. CVS had now inconvenienced me twice. Not Happy with CVS, especially not happy with Molly. I like to support local companies, but not support companies that mistreat me. Go somewhere else, avoid CVS CF and Molly the "XXXX".
I compared prices with other drugstores in my area and the prices of products at CVS are much higher! Not Good!
Cvs in n. Ft. Myers FL smells so strong it causes me to have an asthma attack every time I go in. They spray some kind of air freshener so strong it stinks. Of course they say they don't but something is going on. I can see the machines on the walls that spray at regular intervals. They need to turn it down a little. It's the uncaring attitude and lies that cause me to write the review.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
