…. Stood in line for 45 Minutes only to find out it wasn't. Was told prescription will be ready at 11 am the following day. 2 attempt with a waiting time of 50 Minutes turned out fruitless- again wasn't ready! 3 attempt ( Pharmacist and 1 Technician working) again after a long, slow line and another 50 Minute wait and 3 people in front me they apologized and closed for the day! Unacceptable! CVS Pharmacy at Target at W 11th in Eugene, Oregon
This location practices racial profiling. A black security officer follows me and other black patrons around the store within seconds of entering it. He trails the aisle we are visiting, invoking fear and intimidation with his police vest. Last week, I was shopping for basics items (maxi pads, soap, and coffee) and the officer was right on my heels, as if in stalker mode. I frowned and shook my head in disgust. I'm a cheerful five-year resident of Mount Vernon and recent graduate of Johns Hopkins, yet this officer treats me and other black neighbors like criminals. The experience is demoralizing. CVS can do better. Awful, absentee manager. He should be replaced along with a more modern, discreet surveillance method. Until then, I will patronize Campus Pharmacy on North Calvert. The Indian storekeeper is classy and super friendly!

I had a virtual interview at the cvs store in Seattle wa Queen Anne area with the hiring manager Human Resources & passed it was a few days before thanksgiving told her I am relocating to Seattle. So I passed the interview process I have a lot of experience basically over qualified. I was told she will send me a formal offer letter the next day to my email to accept to start the position. Which she never did I called and told that she will call me. Never gotten response then out of the blue I check the website says I wasn't selected for the position. I wish the he lady Natalie should've been honest instead of wasting someone time. Please avoid this place its not worth the headache and stress.
This CVS is in need of better customer service. The two pharmacists at this location have no desire to help out to customer's needs. Very rude and no sense of time. Very incompetent in dealing with customers. One of the male reps was eating and drinking very sloppy for a pharmacy completely disgusting. In ending I would never visit this location ever again and would warn future customers do so as well. This Pharmacy is a joke!
I loved the CVS 829-0280 pharmacy that they have improved, Pedro and the pharmacy staff, with the second Asian doctor pharmacist, EXCELLENT staff, my family loves them, the second opinion goes to Julio and Mateo, super workers, nice customer services, Today I heard Mateo say in a loud and cheerful voice I LOVE my JOB and I loved it, I APPLAUD the enthusiasm of the place and the good vibes. I really appreciate the place and its staff. This note is from the SALICIO family
Scott R and Ed of store 654 gave the best customer service. Scott and Ed went out of their way to help me in printing photo and look for merchandize.
Scott and Ed are kind and patient. Great example for others to follow!
I am a physician- anesthesiologist, showed up at CVS at Pikeview Dr, Midlothian,VA, with a handwritten prescription, written by me, antibiotic needed urgently, and was given the treatment, ' this is not an official prescription, i cannot accept this' speech, despite my telling her, i have done this before for my antibiotic needs (rarely, of course) even at other CVS branches, of which she said something like, ' i dont know why others allow this, but this is not acceptable'. She was WRONG, AND RUDE about it. It made me feel ashamed like I was doing something wrong. Should I get a prescription, like online, from a Nurse Practioner, for example, just to get this antibiotic and make it OFFICIAL? OR should she be reminded of correct policies?
Thank God for another CVS nearby who accepted my prescription, revised the note, and also verified my credentials, and were kind enough to take care of my needs) God bless them!
Now, at the Pikeview Dr, Was there anything else involved, perhaps?.as she was older, and i am, too, and she was Asian, as I am, too?
My nasal sample for COVID-19 test was processed with errors so that I had to cancel my international travel. The customer service representative was not willing to help at all.
They need to hire better customer service workers. I placed an online order after 6pm as a guest & all the items were in stock.( DC 10th st NW location store #21) The next morning 8am one of the products had been cancelled. I called the online 1-877 number to cancell the order so I could go to a CVS that had all the products in stock. Something that simple became a nightmare. The customer service was so bad the girl said "just dont pick it up" like she was frustrated. She also said she could not cancel my order. Take my card in the store "they" "need" to see it. I believe they* are trying to get your credit card info or something fishy is going on. Who acts like that for no reason? Anyway I won't pick it up or ever order from CVS again. They charged me twice pending. I turned that card off. Ill spend my money with Walgreens. Another thing, they did not call to ask if I wanted to sub with another product or want to cancel, pick up at a location that had all items/ NOTHING--. WALGREENS is so much better or WALMART.

I would like to thank "Alyssa," from CVS Santa Fe Cordova, for going above and beyond. The photo hub was not user-friendly. (I've used those before, so I do know how) No blank dvd's, lost pics, etc. She really tried to help. Went in the stockroom to look for dvd's. ETC. Tried to "tip" her, but she wouldn't/couldn't accept. She deserves a raise! Thank you, Alyssa!
I went to return an item it was 30 days passed time to get refund according to sales person. I had my receipt and I said I should get a store credit. They called the Manager he said only this time he will honor the full refund. I believed him. I went to another store to pick up my prescriptions and wanted to use my store credit. He only gave me half of what I am owed. It's really not all about the $5 at all it's that I got embarrassed trying to pay at the cashier people looking at me like I did not have money and offered to pay for me this was like an insult. The fact the a Manager of a store lied to my face. He could have said we are only giving you 50% not full refund.

Store #5214
Rude staff, short staffed, no customer service. Even the providers can't reach the pharmacy to call in an order! There was a "supplier issue" resulting in several medications not being available for weeks. Do you think they offered to help by calling other pharmacies? NO. You can transfer your prescriptions online from other pharmacies or between CVS pharmacies, however, they will NOT transfer existing prescriptions to competitors. They just suck all the way around. CVS at 500 Knox Abbott Rd., Cayce, SC ******* has to be THE worst! Especially the useless blond pharmacist that works there. She is clueless and rude and has no empathy.
Store 6017 staff is great and nice would recommend shopping there young lady that assisted me was very helpful in finding what I needed thank young lady
What has happened to CVS pharmacy as they are just TERRIBLE. Their app will say prescriptions are ready and when you get to the store they are not. My good friend, who was a CVS mgr for 30 years, told me the pharmacist will mark prescriptions as complete even though they are not in order to meet prescriptions completed numbers corporate has set for them. Anyway, when you get to the store, the tech will tell you your prescription isn't ready but they can expedite it and have it ready in 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Also, today, we have a family member with Covid and the Dr. ordered PAXLOVID at 2:40 pm. It is still not ready at 5 pm and we have been on phone hold for over an hour trying to get it expedited. You would think CVS would expedite a med like PAXLOVID because the sooner someone starts taking it the better when dealing with Covid.
I went to CVS today and I could not believe the price of a set of 2 optic white 4.5 each toothpaste for $17.99 when Shoprite has the same product for $11.99. I think these programs, care pass and extra care are ripoffs, they charge on top of that $5.33 a month for the care pass program and supposely give you back $10.00 a month that they get back with these exhorbitant prices. I think these prices should be controlled because it is incredibly deceiving what these people are doing. Needless to say I cancelled my care pass and plan NOT to go back and buy any of these products at CVS, Shoprite and Target have way better prices. Don't let these people rip you off!
My husband picked up his blood pressure medicine that he gets all the time. Didn't look at it till that night. It was someone else's medication and it wasn't the right medication that it said for the other person. I took it back today and the actual pharmacist said "oh it has the wrong label"but was going to give me the medicine back. Told her I wanted new medicine and insisted it was the correct medication. Was insistent on it but I told her no I wanted new. After that she still went on to show me how I can know but this chart in the paper if it's correct or not. Ok took it home and my husband says it's not his medicine that he know what it looked like and that wasn't it. I'm sure she gave the the same pills with a new name in it. But u NEVER take their word on it. I can't believe she wanted me to take it back with a new label. This was in West little York and Eldridge In Houston. Check your medicine
Today at the CVS store at 2501 NorthField Street in Dallas Texas, I had the best most impressive service by sales person, Ciarah Davis. Store #*******. Ciarah was beyond helpful in the photo department and made everything so easy and perfect. She was so professional and friendly! I look forward to shopping many more times in the future at this CVS because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you Ciarah Davis for making my experience today a huge success! Sincerely, Sandy Daniels
Got Covid test on Sept 17. Received test results for July 15. Not possible to get lab to correct mistake. Lab phones are robots that can't handle problems like this. CVS says "not our problem"
I used a 40% off coupon, and paid more than I could have purchased at Walmart. Coupons are Useless!
Found item, went to checkout. No one around.
Finally a woman came up and ask if I wanted to check out, and I said yes. She told me to use the automated machine. I ask if it took cash and she said yes. Well no it didn't.
Looking around for help and no a person in site. I tried multiple times to get it to work, still looking around along with 2 other customers, yet no one to help. Tried to cancel it, but nope wouldn't do that either. Decided to just leave item on the counter and go to Walgreens where they ALWAYS have someone to check you out. If CVS employees are to lazy to help their customers, then it's not the store for me.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
