Been trying to renew prescriptions for two months on the app. After entering user name and password it now wants to send me a code via text. That's great but the code never comes. When I resnd for a new code because I never received the first one. The app just starts spinning round and round. I have deleted it and reinstalled it. But the same thing happened. Fix the app.
Today I spent well over an hour trying to place an online order and the app and online kept asking me to verify my address. The issue is that once I hit save it clears out my name, address, email and phone number over and over again. So basically I am unable to submit an order. So called CVS customer service line and the guy wanted me to provide the item #s for each item in my cart. Sure...where do I get that from. So then he goes on this impossibly long speech about all the information provided on line, you know item description, blah, blah. Like I have zero brain cells. I finally hung up if I wanted to listen to a speech I would choose a more entertaining subject. Well, CVS, today you lost me sell thank you very much!
I deal CVS in Garwood NJ and this place is the most pathetic $#*!ING PHARMACY I EVER DEALT WITH. So far I've been waiting 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Their drive thru window is even worse when it's open. It just takes forever to get any kind of service. If it wasn't for my insurance I would bailout on filthy $#*! $#*!ing store in a heartbeat. They really don't have the help they need. I give this $#*!ing $#*!hole a -10 on the review chart. I wouldn't even give them a $#*!ing 1
The CVS store at ******* S Cleveland Ave. Fort Myers has changed my prescription twice without any consultation. The first time I told them I only want the prescription my doctor ordered. I just ordered the same prescription again which they had to order and again they order a different product. The representative tells me there is no difference which is not true and doesn't even say we will order what your doctor prescribed. I called the store at 2403 Cleveland Ave. And they have it in stock. How can a store down the street stock it and the other not able to order in what the prescription calls for. Maybe the person in that pharmacy needs a little talk about the way they are doing business. I am done with ******* S Cleveland Ave.
Love my local CVS. It's a smaller city but I can't really leave house often so I am very glad they offer same day delivery! Very convenient and arrives as expected. There have been some times when there was a delay but I would always receive notification. I love how friendly the staff are when I call with questions! Even though they seem very busy, they still take the time to answer my questions. I have carepass and use free delivery option often, which helps me save a lot of money in delivery fees. The app is very user friendly for older generation like myself. I am very happy that CVS offer such conveniance for people who are unable to leave the home often. I really hope CVS keeps delivery as an option because I have come to depend on it.
THANK YOU TO MARYLOU!
My Husband was discharged from the hospital today and was prescribed a new medication. My frequently used pharmacy did not have it in stock and suggested I call around! I called Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT just about 20 mins before closing. I spoke w/ the pharmacist, MaryLou. She heard the distress in my voice, as I pleaded for her to fill it before closing. All I had to do was call the previous pharmacy back, have them electronically send it to MaryLou at CVS - MaryLou and the staff had to enter it, fill it and have it ready prior to (my pickup) 8:00pm!
And, ready it was! So to MaryLou and the entire team working tonight… Ashley, Brittany, Kofi and Laurissa…. THANK YOU! You Guys Rock!
Calling CVS is a nightmare. They will place you on hold FOREVER and you will get disconnected. They WON'T WORK with you at all. You will only hear about ALL VACCINES you can get thru them, I guess they get paid for any vaccines you get. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
This review is in regards to the pharmacy department at this location in Kaneohe Hawaii. I'd like to take the time to recommend and praise this location and in particular Kathy and Nona whom are always efficient and gracious. Throughout COVID-19 things have been particularly difficult for all of us and I just want to say that these two people in particular have helped me get through among numerous other customers...Mahalo!
I will never go back to CVS in my area the woman in the pharmacy was so rude to me. I will be back tomorrow to transfer my prescriptions.
Just waited forty minutes at a deserted drive up window for a six-hundred dollar cash pick up of medicines (all for poor me) at Long's in Waimea. When someone finally came to window after 30 minutes, the unpleasant pharmacist denied that my doctor had ordered insulin, although it is clearly ordered on Mychart and was on CVS.com. She demanded several times that I provide her the type and dose of the newly prescribed insulin from my car, which, of course, I did not have. How this information would have changed anything with an order she ignored, I do not know. This lovely transaction took place following my fifteen-hour Friday shift as a nurse practitioner. She was rude, insisted on calling me ma'am, told me she was "SORRY you feel that way" for inquiring about cost and tryinh to get the life saving drug my PCP had ordered. She did not even thank me when I ponied up six hundred dollars (with ample insurance coverage). I have served this underserved island community and three other states for > 24 years practiing psychiatry and addictionology but, as of this evening, I will NEVER send another patient or RX to any CVS in any of states where I currently practice. I am glad I have never treated any one of the thousands of patients I have served the CVS way.
Recently my otc healthcare insurance plan provider merged/partner with cvs to rely on and deliver otc healthcare products. I placed my monthly benefit amount order *******@cvs otc and once the package arrived in a thin plastic bag and I opened it up and all three products that I had ordered was severely damaged, I couldn't believe what I was seeing because the toothpaste was completely out of its original box and the original toothpaste box was completely split in half and the children cough and cold syrup original box was damaged as well as the theraflu orginal box it was severely damaged.I'm having a hard time understanding why would any cvs employees deliberately and intentionally mailed a customer inhumane unsanitary defective products, so what does that say about a well relied on and trusted pharmacy like cvs. I'll say that it's pathetic and reckless and doesn't care about the customer's safety to even ship products like that out to any customer's. Cvs shouldn't be allowed to partner or participate in any otc healthcare plan provider company, because their not reliable or professional and doesn't practice health safety steps when shipping customers health care products.
The Cashier Andrea was so Polite, and efficient! Very Friendly going out of her way to Help! She deserves a Raise!
Sincerely Mary J.
It's a pain every single time trying to pick up a prescription. If I call on the phone to check the prescription status it's almost never accurate. It will say the pharmacy hasn't received a prescription or it's just not ready. I call the drs office every single time and every single it has indeed been sent in. Half the time I'll make the drive over to check on it only to find it was ready all along OR it hasn't even been started and it'll be another hour or two. It's never consistent and it's also impossible to get through to someone who actually works at the local pharmacy. The automated system will just give me the run around forcing me to have to load sick kids into the car and see what's going on in person. Once I had to keep calling the cashier that worked up front and have her transfer me over bc my kids were too sick to load up in the car which led to her getting irritated with me. It's always such a mess!
Has anyone at CVS even read these one-star reviews? I've been filling prescriptions at CVS for years, and I've never ONCE had a transaction go smoothly–or without error. Right now I've been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes to fill a standard prescription that should be, but for some reasons never is, routine. Meanwhile my ears are assaulted by a horrible caterwauling noise in the background that seems calculated to drive me insane, while a message about vaccines (which doesn't apply to me) repeats over and over and over. I pray for the day when I have an opportunity to choose another pharmacy as part of my health care plan.
If you call CVS about the pharmacy make sure your phone is 100% charged because you will wait.
Once they have your prescription they will badger you to renew even if you do not need it.
My doctor faxed two prescriptions to the CVS on Hillcroft and Braeswood and the pharmacy filled it within 15 minutes! They are amazing!
I don't understand all of the negative reviews people post about this company. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I guess it's all in how you treat people. A t like an $#*! and get treated like one. Loosen up people!
CVS Bridgeport Ave. Shelton, CT Dropped off prescription for processing and told 15 min. Wait. No problem, I'll wait. 30 min. Later I ask pharmacist if my script is ready. I Get told she doesn't know and to get in line at the checkout counter after several other people who came in after me were waiting. I get to the counter when it's my turn and yes, my script has been ready. They didn't bother to tell me when it was filled so I wouldn't have to wait any longer and then they couldn't find it. It appears it was put in the wrong bin and not given to the checkout person. When complaining about what happened, the pharmacist tried to tell me it wasn't the 30 min. I said it was. I guess they need to learn how to tell time, and learn to read, customer waiting. I'm glad my new insurance company is changing to a different preferred pharmacy in 2 weeks!
I purchased from CVS website this morning, and that order was canceled for no reason at the noon. Then I checked their online stock, it is still available to purchase. So I called online customer service, I was put on hold many times and waited for more than 30 mins. The online team told me they can do nothing with this order. Then I was transferred to the extra care team, they verified everything about me, but didn't even able to give me back the coupon I used which is ridiculous. I am very disappointed about CVS
3 people stood behind the pharmacy while they were trying to care for the only man in front of me. It was close to closing. I finally give her the money the man was short. The woman in charge was going back and forth with him about accepting a photo of his IID. She goes to ring him up and then goes oh the computer just went off. Sorry but I can't give either of you your scripts. It's 8 and my register is closed. No you can't pay at the cash register. Was it the 3 peoples first day? No one said it's about to shut down or will someone of the 3 standing around watching help the lady before they do? Totally flabbergasted at the lack of customer care
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
