When will senior management deal with the bad morale and stressed out staff. Not to mention those excessively long register receipts that have coupons that expire before you can get back to use them. My sense is Senior Management is too greedy to care. After all it cost a lot to maintain 4 private jets.
Can never get a prescription filled without some problems. They refill orders that are not auto refill. Say they don't have prescription refill orders when they do, just not looking, since doctor writes out a prescription for 1 month (dates them for each month until next recheck need for the medicine in 3 months) and sends to the pharmacy. Medication is one that shouldn't be stopped all at once.
They only 1 time admitted to this mistake.
Get so pissed off at them I could scream.
They take no responsibility for their errors because of course they are perfect. There have been way to many hassles with them filling my prescriptions in a timely manner. Robo call tells you it's ready and half the time it's not. Some of their employees are very rude without consequence
I went to the CVS in Rockwell, I had a 40% off coupon,my item was $30 and she took out her calculator and said it would be $28. I said do you really think 40% off $30 is $28? She said yes and showed me her calculator and looked at me like I was stupid. I never got to use the 40% off because there's only so long you can argue with idiots. She still thinks she was right and was acting like I was being a pain in the butt.
THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE. EXTREMELY BUSY YET CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR. YOU CALL THEM ON THE PHONE AND THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. LACEY IS ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES - SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO BE HELPFUL AND GETS THE JOB DONE! SO PLEASANT AND IS ONE IN A MILLION. ENTIRE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT, TOO - ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS! KUDOS TO THIS PHARMACY.
CVS HEALTH. OTC Benefits through catalogue. Cx's should not receive any gummie vitamin or meds. Through the shipping or mail unless your packaging is to keep such like items safe from the heat. This common sense. You sent items you know will melt if not package correctly. Seniors have placed hope this benefit and to have your mind set on an item only to receive is not good. If it was an oversight ok but still the feedback from your customers should be taken seriously.
The price of OTC medications and General Merchandise at CVS is more expensive then it should be. This is a large chain and as such buys in bulk and gets preferential pricing which it does not pass to customers. Every product such as aspirin, Tylenol etc was cheaper to begin with in Harmons. This is a grossly overpriced store. They have even been sued in several states for overpricing prescription drugs. It's ridiculous. The V in cvs stands for value something you really don't get at this store!
CVS Carepass is a CVS SCAM. They sign you up for Carepass without your knowledge and then refuse to give refunds for the illegitimate charges they made to your credit cards even though you did not sign up for or ever use the service.
With the shortage on certain medications you would think that certain staff could at least be a bit kinder to the customers. There is one particular staff member ( I will not make her name public out of respect, even though she doesn't really deserve respect) who has been with CVS for many years, and I have never once witnessed her be kind, or non-condescending to customers. I worked at this location many years ago with this staff member and I believe she goes out of her way to be cruel. I will no longer use CVS for my prescriptions for myself or my family. Yes, one bad apple can ruin the bunch.
Their website needs a lot of work to resolve a lot of issues. It's buggy, it's difficult to check your orders/status, sometimes the orders section goes blank, etc. Customer service is only reachable telephonically and via email. They should get with the times and have chat support.
As always, Stickermule came through quickly and accurately. This time I was making my fuzzy graphic into a usable vector format.
When I go to sign in on the CVS app for prescriptions, when I put in my password it always says invalid password. So I reset the password and the prompt tells me that it has been accepted, but then when I go to sign in again it says invalid password. So I go through the whole thing over and over again changing the password having it accepted and then it tells me invalid password again. There was a time when that app worked perfectly fine and I never had any trouble with it, but not now. I don't even want to deal with it anymore.
Cvs at 1122 south university the pharmacy always have rude pharmacists and employees and medications never are ready theirs always a problem hope Caremark do something about it or Cvs
CVS charges $8.99 for a family size box of Cheerios
18 ounces. That is outrageously price gouging and about $4.00 higher than any other store. Most of the boxes on the shelf were damaged, they were either crushed or split down one side because the box was poorly glued.
I have had several instances where I was disappointed with this pharmacy but the most recent attempt to get my medication has caused me to write this review. My prescription was to be refilled on May 5th, today is May 12th. I have called this pharmacy 6 times in the past two days and was on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour (yesterday was 1 hour at which time the call was disconnected because apparently when the pharmacy closes they just disconnect all calls!). If you don't have prescriptions at this location, don't start now! I've never been treated so poorly! NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Just out of the hospital where my cardiologist changed my prescription for a medication that, ironically had been delivered during my hospital stay. Operator was willing to send a return label but her supervisor denied it because "it had been renewed via the internet". What a lame and uncaring response especially since CVS got the prescription for the replacement medication. Advice: stay away from CVS. They don't care about you.
Great great great place to going there is like a place to go a place to go a wonderful place to go anytime place
Twice today I went to CVS #2098, Front Street, Worcester, MA ******* and twice I had to leave, without service, because (first time) there were five people in line and only one cashier, and this happens all the time. It's a busy store with three large office buildings around, some with more than 20 floors...and always one cashier and one floor person.
The second time I went to CVS the person on the floor was the same person I spoke to the first time I went to CVS today the same cvs person I spoke to the first time was now on the floor (45-50, short and had a ponytail). I asked her to help me to get my printed photos (about 19 sets) because there was line with only one cashier, again. And she told me I had to wait in line and again the line was long and I couldn't wait long enough for six people to get waited on before I could get my pictures. She said nothing and I said this is frigging ridiculous that I cannot get my photos. At that time the lady turned her back on me and I walked out, again. If I can't get my pictures tomorrow, then bye-bye CVS with all my meds (six scripts) and my husband's (seven scripts). Now you probably won't even react to this issue because you are soo large, why do you need me? Well, I don't need you either. 1 star was 1 star too much. BTW, the woman in the wigs with great lipstick on the register is a sweetheart
I am a grandmother who went into CVS on Patterson Avenue and purchased two Target gift cards for my six and three year old grandchildren for Easter. Imagine their disappointment when they got to the counter at Target only to discover they had been hacked by someone. I had the receipt and went back to CVS and was told NOT MY PROBLEM. I called the customer service and they were kind enough to look into it and called me back and said that I needed to take it up with Target as if it is Targets problem. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM CVS. They do not care about you as a customer but love your money.

Now my review: Trying to buy non-pharmacy products through CVS Online sucks. It took me years get to the point of putting an order through. There are so many problems with their system & their website I can't even begin to list them. I had to sign in 3 times and confirm my email to place one order.
Many store items are not available for online orders. Bizarrely, some items are available for a pick up order but not an order that is shipped to you and vice versa. The local foods CVS carries where I live don't seem to be available for pick up(?) or delivery. The smaller packages of snacks I searched for were only sold in stores. Way to waste our money, make us fat and throw food in a landfill, CVS. Not okay.
The indexing on the website sucks. Items were hard to find. Site malfunctions made the order take 10 times as long to place.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
