They won't answer their pharmacy phone!
How can they fix their glitch if they won't answer their phone?!?!?
In searching for the Johnson & Johnson COVID 19 vaccivation CVS shows on their website it is available at ALL their locations, in stock and ready to dispense. When yo attempt to schedule the vaccination it ONLY offers one brand, two shots.
I called the "Help Line" asked for the as advertised Johnson & Johnson Vaccine I was abruptly hung up on. I called back and was told the NONE of the CVS locations carry the Johnson & Johnson Vaccine and they tried to get me to schedule an appointment for the two-step vaccine.
This is a bait and switch. It seems there is a financial incentive to lure in the unsuspecting people by offering ALL brands of vaccines BUT only actually dispense one.
As a result I am moving all of my pharmacy business away from CVS as the trust factor is shattered.
I received my Covid shot at cvs. I was a little apprehensive at first to get a vaccine at what I like to call a convenient store, but they did a great job. Social distancing was implemented, temperatures were checked prior, and sanitation was thorough. I didn't have to wait to long after being checked in and was advised to stay on the premises for 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine to monitor any allergic reactions. Practically the same as going to the physicians office minus the hefty bill. I did have to drive a good bit to get to a location but that probably because supply couldn't keep up with demand when they first approved my age group for the vaccine. Also I scheduled my vaccine appointments online and the site is very user friendly which is a big thing to me. I recommend giving cvs a shot *pun intended*
If you do carepass and decide to cancel after because you change your mind they don't do refunds I paid 5.00 I won't ever sign up again I do not recommend CVS carepass
CVS pharmacy in Clovis California, Street corner of Ashland and Fowler avenue. I got my second vaccine from a Angel who is very professional and spiritual, her skills are a gift from God. You should keep her to do all the vaccines. Thank you CVS pharmacy for this gift.
Very bad customer service and why they keep sending surveys if they dont care about the customer and im not talking about the store experience. Its the customer relation service. Looks like their job is just to forward your call to appropriate department. Atleast i have this experience.
If I could get zero stars I would. I think this is a company that doesn't treat people fair especially there employees and will never care or change anything about it. They don't care what goes on in your personal life, if you've just worked 11 shifts in a row and no off days or you have to eat your lunch in between customers and you don't get an actually break, they don't allow chairs and complain if you try to schedule an off day. If you can't sell carepass (who wants to pay monthly for coupons to a drug store) then they cut your hours and tell you you're in danger of a right up if you don't borderline force people
To sign up for it. The managers are out of control and purposely get petty when they don't get what they want. There's only a select few that act like decent humans and they all get treated horribly.
First it is always clean and the products are clearly label with good prices. For several weeks I have had Barbara at checkout. She is the best I HAVE EVER HAD AND I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. SHE SHOULD HELP TRAIN THE NEW CLERKS. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.
If I could give a lower rating I would!
I love using CVS's coupons and shopping in person, but when using their online site the order does not always go through, and if it does, they do not disclose that an item is "out of stock" until after the order is complete. Also if you need to make a change to an order, minutes after the order is placed, their customer service team will not be able to help you... so why have a customer service department? If you can't help to change or cancel an order then what is the point.
After my phone call to them (which I was very nice to the CSR) I tried reaching them by email, and they stated that since my order was "in process" they could not stop it... realize that I contacted them immediately after placing the order, because there was a mistake with the shipping address. But they "could not" help me.
CVS's management needs to update and revamp their online services. First, once the order is placed have the customer review the order with items, billing address and shipping address to confirm and verify. Second, their Customer Service Department should be able to amend an order within the first hour that an order was placed, or before delivery was picked up by shipping company. Third, their Customer Service Department should be able to cancel an order within the first hour that the order was placed.
They, CSR, told me their hands were tied and they could not help me. And informed me that I could reach out to UPS to update the shipping address. When I contacted UPS they stated that CVS assigned a tracking number, but they did not have the package within their possession as of yet. So I had to wait till they had the package. So, I contacted CVS again (by email) asking since they still had the package, why they could not update the shipping address or cancel the order, and they informed me again that they could not help me.
I will continue to shop within their store, but I will NEVER use their online shopping option. Within the last 3 months they have either canceled the order after placing it, or this time shipped it to the wrong address and could not assist me to update or cancel the order.
Pharmacist would not answer the phone, night manager was rude and refused to help. I needed a blood pressure medicine and she could not care less. The automated system was not working. Horrible service. This is not the first time and they have filled my prescriptions wrong before. They don't care.
Called in AM. left phone on. Phone got a responce some 6 hours later. They need to hire more CS reps, pay their phone bill, replace their execs, or give it up to companies that can handle pharmacy and other matters regarding CVS.
If you want a tube of toothpaste, don't go to CVS. You can get the same product at Ralphs (Krogers) for about half the price. If you need cough drops, hair color product, shampoo, etc., don't go to CVS. You can get it for much less at Walmart or most any other super market. If you want ice cream, you can get it for less at Trader Joe, or even, in some cases, at Gelson's. I used to shop at Savon and the prices were great, but when CVS bought them out, the prices went sky high. Anybody remember Long's Drugs? Now that was a great, low-price drug store!
I love shopping there. They have all I need,. The staff is amazing and they always know my name. When something isn't available they recommend an alternative
For some reason, UPS refuses to deliver CVS packages, and after 20 days of confusing and contradicting emails from CVS.com, it turns out the UPS driver never attempted delivery at all, and sent part of the order to a drop off point, and another part went missing, then they shipped it back to CVS in 2 orders (1 never received). Currently as I write this review, the very rude and customer service rep. Is attempting to put in a request for a refund and I've been on the phone for 20+ minutes after being disconnected 3 times. Why is CVS making it so easy for Amazon to dominate them?
CVS in Thurmont MD raised the price of my prescription from 20.00 to 40.00 in one month, I called Weis in the same town to see what their price was to find out it was only 12.00. Rip off!
Went to CVS this week. One person working the registers. She sternly advised that the self checkouts were open as her line grew. I chose not to use it, the lady behind me chose not to use it, and the gentleman behind her chose not to use it.
Frustrated, the clerk looked at me and told me I needed to check out down at the self check out. I commented that I have several gift cards and I am protecting her job. She commented that it was too late and those machines are supposed to be her 2 colleagues... wake up America! Stop using self check out and if need be, stop supporting corporations sacrificing service and costing jobs! Walgreens wins the customer service award currently.
Stay away from the CVS at 9455 Hammerly Blvd, Houston Tx. The Pharmacy Manager (Helena) tried to sell me the wrong prescription, and also told me she would not give me a refund if it was the wrong prescription. After she made me drive all the way home to, get my previous prescription to prove it was the wrong one. So I appeased her, she still refused to verify that the prescription was wrong, and she stated, "well maybe because its older, they may not make it any more." the prescription mysteriously appeared, but instead of apologizing, she went in the back, filled prescriptions for two other customers, then finally filled mine. The straw that broke the camels back though was when I asked the girl at the register, "can you confirm that my insurance information is up to date please?" gave her my card, and Helena, said, "what does he want now?" the cashier told her, and Helena told her not to check because "the brand the doctor ordered for me is out dated and not covered, charge him full price." So the cashier, never checked, charged me full price and went on her way. The incident was escalated to the "Houston Regional Leader," a man named "Akash Patel." Spoke with him one time about the incident, he promised he would follow up with me by today Thurday (Dec 24,2020), and I have yet to hear back from him. The several times I tried calling back, the calls went straight to VM, and I tried texting, and he blocked me. Do not give these people your business at all. They dont care about you, they are not putting patients first, like they should. Please spread the word. I will be posting this message on EVERY review site, including google and yelp, and the major ones. Let the people speak without words by avoiding CVS at all costs!
Even though the packing slip listed the items that were ordered, I received the wrong items which cost 60% less than the items that I ordered. (BTW -- the items I ordered were not prescribed meds.) After several phone calls to the CVS customer service line, I just gave up. I will never order from CVS.com again.
I'll report them to the fbi for attempted murder refusing to deliver place rude primitive don't waste time with a zoo.
I ordered a couple of items here. All of them were delivered to me on time what I appreciate. Well, I can recommend it.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
