Customer service and product quality were very good. Material is more prone to wrinkles than I would have liked.
Design was not completed or the same as rhe design i ordered. I even talked to a representative who assured me an expert would review my design and call me if their were any problems. I never got a call and when the shirt came i was astonished at the laziness of the "expert" who reviewed it. Not happy.

Other than the misprint of the logo, I love this company.
Love the easy design process and update to every step of the order. I felt like if I made any mistakes I would have been able to catch it before printing with their emails and photo proofs of what I ordered. I just ordered shirts from another company and unfortunately the wrong phone number was on them. When I emailed the company and asked about proofs they simply said "Sorry, the order's been fulfilled." And did not send any proofs before during or when I asked so I still don't know if I made a mistake or they did but I'm out $200. ANYWAY Custom Ink was amazing throughout this entire process. Will order again.
