As soon as I placed my order for t-shirts I got a notification that my design choices might not work with the t-shirt color I chose. I called the number listed and was immediately put in touch with a design specialist who absolutely saved the day and my design! I am beyond grateful for the expertise and helpful (and correct!) suggestions that made my order perfect!

Always get exactly what I want from Custom Ink. They have so many different options and make the whole process very simple and easy. Sometimes I wanna tweak my order after I make the initial purchase and they always accommodate!

Website is easy to use. Unfortunately this is the second time an order was not made to my lettering design specs. Last time you sent a second shirt to fix the error, which you agreed the mistake was on you, but sent the exact same wrong lettering size shirt. I just let it go.

Custom Ink is my go-to online company for personalized tshirts.

From ordering to receiving the items. It was a good experience working with customink. I will definitely order for another item in the near future.

Patrick was great and very patient with me while we resolved having a low resolution image on the shirt. The back and forth conversation over email was quickly responded to and fully resolved in a very timely manner. The graphic design update was perfect even with a new image.

Very easy to design and work with website. The only thing I didn't love was not knowing the price of the shirt until the very end. And having to guess how many shirts would be purchased and being charged the difference.

These bags turned out really nicely, and I appreciated the volume discount!

I doubt we will order again based upon the quality of the shirts. As a nonprofit every penny counts and this was a lot of money to spend on an inferior product. You could literally see through the shirts in the light even with them being a dark navy. They also run very small and yet there was a premium charge for XXL which runs like a L.

Ok. Glad to be able to design the mask. There was a Big disappointment with the end product.

The quality of these masks are terrible to say the least. We bought for 10 people and they only fit the women. Too short on the straps for most men. Just bad and small so they're going in the trash. Waste of money.
