The two women I talked to were some of the best customer service reps I have ever talked to -- not exaggerating! With my old phone and no access to a laptop, I had to order my design completely over the phone. These two were patient, affable, quick, professional, and even gave me a discount enabling me to afford a quicker delivery (on time for the recipient's birthday!). Top notch!
Service is fine but the actual short is not very good.

I have always used custom ink to make custom shirts. They are always the highest quality and very reasonably priced considering they still actually screen print. Most places nowadays do that direct digital printing and even though it is a lot cheaper it always looks terrible. This was the first time my company made a bulk order and every shirt was on point. My company and I will continue to use custom ink for all of our screen printing needs.

This was terrific. The templates that you can plug your own text into are terrific. And then you can enlarge or make smaller the individual elements later in the process. Really terrific. The printing looks great and being able to print a one off is also great. The t-shirt was a bit on the cheap side, but I did pick the least expensive shirt. I did not really use the customer service as everything went along smoothly. I wold absolutely order shirts from Custom Ink again. And highly recommend it.
The entire process was stress free and professional. I recieved the expected products rapidly and they far exceeded my expectations.
Overall, this was a good experience and a great way to get group shirts without me having to collect money from others. I liked that my friends were able to put in their own payment info. I liked that Custom Ink kept me updated with progress in a very timely manner. Shipping was fast and my shirts were packaged very well. I will definitely use Custom Ink again.
